it's not over yet.

woke up 10ish in the morning, and got ready for my driving lesson with jack for 1 hour (about 10.50-11.50). finally getting the hang of "finding an address" and "left something behind"... altho he said i was still a bit hesitant and needed to be more confident, and he also said i was getting to be one of his senior members arrghhh

then went home, and looked up bus timetables to get to caro for harry potter's 5th movie at 1.30pm. i had 2 options... take 879 (the stop is about 10 minutes away by walking from my house, faster if powerwalk/running of course) at 12.31, and this would take about 23 minutes to get there?... or take 883 (the stop is 2 minutes away from my house), but it takes 49 minutes to get to caro... but i was like couldnt be stuffed walking to 879 stop, so i caught 883

then reached livingston... saw nish RUNNING LIKE HELL to the stop LOL. well he did JUST make it, otherwise i wouldve shouted to the bus driver to wait 5 seconds LOL

then reached caro after a long while... and john vinh, carrie and lily were already waiting in the ticket line... we thought that there would be HEAPS of little kids watching today... which there were quite a few of course, but it wasnt packed (well there was one HP session every hour, so hardly surprising). used my entertainment values vouchers for hoyts (2 tickets for $20, a saving of $2 for 2 of the tickets, cos it would normally be $12 for student price). we originally thought that it wouldnt work as it said no free or discount offers =S nish also tried to use his SDA union card to get buy 1 get 1 free, but it didnt work (so he said hes gonna cancel it tmr hahaha). then some lady thought i was pushing in =S so i went to the other line. john also noticed that in the notice that they said they had no free or discount offers for harry potter, the order of the phoenix was spelt: pheonix LOL

then nish went away to coles (we thought he was getting food, as me and him didnt have much to eat in the morning, nothing at all in my case... but in fact he just got a bottle of water when he couldve got it from the vending machine for $2.20 =S=S=S, yeah carrie and lily went in to save seats... me and john were like waiting for him, and the carrie called saying the line was really long! but in fact it wasnt packed... lucky hahahaha)

then went in cinemas... and lily went to get popcorn, and snakes (which felt hard and sticky, expired? lol) and john provided some pods... and trailers took ages with extra ads in the beginning cos its harry potter hence more ppl watch hence more effective marketing strategy =S and mish and benny came to cinemas as well after. haha i finished like half the popcorn... and after the movies 1/4 of it was left sigh...

well the movie was pretty average... confusing in a way, somewhat dodgy WHERE THE HELL DID CHO CHANG GO YOU EVIL BITCH LOL. i like the last movie better. lol some of the scenes looked familiar cos i was playing the game last nite =.= oh yeah at the start of the movie harry potter's cousin or whatever shouted "where is your mum?" lol lily jinxed it with her "where's ur mum?" on her nickname =P

then movie finished, and went down to coffee club to say hi to nick... asked him if he was free next tues (dee will be back), but he said he was guiding some "noobs" around uwa (volunteer)... nish said it would be good experience tho. then nish went home (working again soon). and me john and carrie walked lily to food court, and she would catch the bus home (cos her last bus back home from her train station is pretty early).

then the 3 of us went back up to leisure island... said hi to eunus... and he gave us 7 free tokens WOOT. so the 3 of us played daytona USA 2... and i won, followed by carrie followed by john (he said his gearing or something was stuffed lol). the game took 2 tokens each, so one token left! then went to have a look at other games... the stacker game, john told me that once u reach the top, apparently only 1/200 chance that the light thingy moves IN TIME, so that u can win the major prize (they had 2 such machines, the bigger one had canon digital camera and wii prizes!!! the smaller one was like timezones one tho and crappier prizes of course). he said he knew this because he saw one of the guys had such a manual... so actually IMPOSSIBLE to win 199/200 of the time? such a rip ay, but yeah i knew that the last one would skip, but didnt know such a probability hahaha. then saw a gun game which took 2 tokens normally, but seemingly had 1 token inserted already! so tried to play that game, but the coin just kept coming back out =(

then yee yang came and i told her to put the last token in the token gambling machine (you know, those which have heaps of tokens in it, and u insert one to see if it would push any more out). unfortunately not, haha. also dared john to put a 10c coin or whatever in it, but that didnt happen. then 11 tickets came out haha, and put it in the ticket machine to get a receipt. then got a 3 ticket blue lolly strip thing (i ate), a 3 ticket red lolly strip (yy ate) and a 5 ticket guppy burger thing (i ate).

and then we caught a bus to cannington train station. john said it was too late, so he didnt get on the train... so the rest of us went to city by train (armadale train which stops at all stations, not thornlie =.=)

then walked around shops and stuff for awhile, cos we werent THAT hungry. first went to myer, me and yy tried to sign up for the myer black credit card, the lady said we needed some id, but didnt tell us we needed something with an address on it, so we filled it out only to find out we couldnt be approved =.=

then went to chia lins shop... yy wanted some keychain thingy had seoul cafe for dinner (asia discount there! 10%), but we were deciding where to eat before... our other choice was the pancake place across from priceline, but we originally decided that we would have that for dessert, even tho yy said the savoury ones were better =S (in fact both savoury and dessert pancakes were ALL at least $10+++, so didnt end up going there. ahha even more expensive than CREPES). so yeah ate bi bim bap (beef, $8 -> $7.20), carrie ate cripsy chicken and yy ate chicken wing set, we shared... mmm pretty nice, except mine could have been TEMPERATURE HOTTER, carries one was just right in temperature (nice and hot)... she thought it was filling but i wasnt filled that much haha. then messed around with yy with bluetooth lol, she sent me this flower pic, which looked pretty PROFESSIONAL, but she said she only took it with her mobile camera! wow

then walked around again. went to valleygirl... yy wanted the "right purple" for her clothing LOL. and discussed about guys not wearing purple cos its international gay colour hahaha. then went to play photohunt at orbit (4 games with $2)... only got about 220000ish oh well. the high scores there were 450000-480000 (compared to potblack highest was 436000 =S). also saw a white guy play in the groove (hardcore version of ddr). he played DOUBLE (using both mats) shit man!!!

then went myer... they had free make up sessions there, so yy and carrie booked a session. and looked around perfumes/colognes etc.

then went to utopia (ct one). and bought bbt, i bought a mocha oreo with chocolate pudding, tasted average, couldve been more crunchier ($4.95 with asia discount). carrie and yy also bought, and yy had to call her younger sister so she could deliver to her and her little brother etc, took awhile haha. THEY GAVE ME A SOLID PLASTIC CUP =D (normally they give one of those soft plastic ones)

then went to look for paros so could give us all a lift home (parked near miss mauds hotel). on the way saw DISNEY ACTIVE shop... a new store? haha looks fobby sorta... EVEN HAD HELLO KITTY LOL, AND I DONT THINK HELLO KITTY IS IN ANYWAY DISNEY hahahah

then met paros and went home... dropped off yy and carrie at yy's house (carrie sleeping over there). and then went home, now still havent finished bbt lol, getting disgusting =.= eating apple nowwww

p.s. mum just gave me a $10 hungry jacks "voucher" that she won in a draw, expires in march 2008 ^^
