ok 2 days of stuff again

Saturday 21/7/07:
woke up about 7.15-7.30, got ready for "trial" work at Fitch's Pharmacy (http://fitchspharmacy.com/), wearing a collared long sleeve white shirt and some black pants, and my usual jack's white shoes that i bought about sept. last year (umm hell dirty now, but esp after asia cocktail last year)... i could choose 2 different buses to go, south st buses (880/882/883/884) or 879, both coming every half an hour (but 879 comes in between the south st buses, but is at a stop which is a further walk for me), originally thinking that i would have breakfast at HJs or something, but ended up eating some peanut butter toasted bread, i caught the 8.25AM south st bus

then worked (9am, till quarter past 5 roughly, originally 6 but not much customers that day, mainly due to rain). first my supervisor meaghan lobb got me to stock up different stuff that was missing on shelves, then got me to label different sections of the shop (had to re-label the whole shop because the new labels were more "consistent", with the price first then product name, then barcode, whilst the old labels had some which had different such orders. the new labels also had a slightly bigger font). sections of the shop labelled included creams/lotions, and vitamins (3). also served some customers thru the counter, using the till, and sold some products.

ppl i met included Meaghan (supervising pharmacist), and Luke (Meaghan's little brother, who had worked there for about 2 months he said). also another pharmacist was Hayley, and some asian 2000 hours student who wasn't meant to be working that day rocked up a few times anyway, her name was Brittany? anyway it was useful working that day, learning some stuff about pharmacy operation, and how they counselled patients, Meaghan also encouraged me to engage in conversations with customers and so on, but it was hard since not that many customers came (relatively).

Brittany also gave me some tips, she, and Hayley also tried some eye shadow on (Brittany said she was going to a ball, pharmacy ball maybe?) and asked me (A GUY) for some advice. haha Hayley and Meaghan were also racing to pack/stocktake sunglasses (apparently they have a huge selection, 5000+++), and Hayley won but she said she only won because she had "easy ones to do".

our pharmacy also sold costumes and other stuff which ppl do look at, i guess the other pharmacies dont really have this stuff, it is kinda their specialty haha, for being one of the smallest pharmacies in the city. also Meaghan said to a customer that the sunglasses we sold are from Milan markets, wow.

Meaghan also treated me to some Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (dunno where she got em from) but yeah she gave me one, and also gave me mints.

our pharmacy also sold this mp3 sunglasses, sounds pretty cool, cost $395 haha.

during some period Luke showed me the basement (because one of the label holding strips in front of the products was falling off, hence needed a new one to stick on to hold the labels). (he also showed me the toilet earlier, this was at a higher level, and the lifts and toilet doors etc. also needed special keycard access). during this basement trip, he talked to me and stuff (also talked to me while working of course), he told me that Meaghan was his sister, and Scott (the other pharmacist who worked there on weekdays and answered the phone to me 2 times the day before) was his brother "hence his whole family worked there". also Meaghan mentioned a joke which Scott made for Luke, where Scott picked Luke up from the $2 shop, and he was 50% off LOL

the real manager was Peter, and he said that Scott and Peter had some conflicts? haha and "some ppl thought he was grumpy etc." but he thought he was an alright person i guess. he also told me that the pharmacy, being in the city, there was bound to be a hottie walking around once in awhile (which i didnt really get a chance to see lol), but that there were also rude emos (which i did see) and druggies (who buy syringes) etc. (yes Hayley told me what a fitpack was, it was a syringe pack, but that there was also a fitpack PLUS, which had less syringes but a spoon and other stuff?). yeah Luke left earlier like 4ish to go watch Eagles (his mum also appeared, but didnt talk to her).

also that day i DID NOT expect to see people i knew at work, even tho it was in the city. but i did LOL. first person was Leon (from asia), who randomly walked in haha, he said he was waiting for his friend, and wanted to get another friend a birthday present, and he noticed some magnetic thermometer pen? it was pretty good haha. second was Justin, who was waiting for a friend to go eat Jaws all you can sushi (his friend Shudo? was japanese), and yeah i called him (recognising him from the back, standing outside the pharmacy haha), talked for a bit, then he went off. also saw rachel chih i think walked past

also some random came into the store and gave me a autosalon flyer, and it had $5 off entry!!!

anyway got a short toilet break earlier, and also got a half an hour lunch break (about 12.45pm-1.15pm), in which case i just walked to the double storey KFC/HJs/kebabeque, and bought myself a KFC mashies meal (with a piece of hot n spicy chicken, mashies, gravy and zinger fillet burger).

but yeah work didnt feel that long at all. and Meaghan said she would call me back if they needed me (i had taken over some other girl's job today cos she was away). also took one of their business cards. also noticed that their pharmacy was since 1937, so its about 70 years old! BUT WHO THE HELL IS FITCH? LOL?

then caught the 75 to belz house (from st georges terrace). um yeah she told me to get off at marjorie avenue, but i got off a stop which i could SEE marjorie avenue, which i eventually walked to, but she thought i was at another stop so some misunderstanding =S so she got her dad to pick me up, then we waited for wan tat and amen who drove him here. during the wait, was watching meteor garden =S

then ate some steamboat, with belz mum and dad (had raw egg mixed with soy sauce, meats and prawns and squid...). belz uncle? also came and visited. yes belz mum talked loud (even louder than her LOL) so we know how she came to be HAHAHA. well yeah we watched ms Hong Kong 2007... umm yeah all fugly (only some "decent" ones, but a lot had bad teeth, uneven eyes ??? ms Hong Kong of fugliness) ok shouldnt even talk about it lol it was quite bad, even the winner... previous years (from way back) was pretty good apparently. in one segment they were playing Elva Hsiao's Biao Bai song... sighs

then looked at belz room, played mahjong till 4am (err Amen says there P-Plater curfew from 12am-4am, which i'm not sure is official or not yet, but either way it seems fucking pointless, but yeah not me driving =P), ate her coke and korean melon lollies and ovalteenies candies etc. hahaha shit i lost hell bad... then back home showered and slept

Sunday 22/7/07:
woke up 12ish today... noone called... sigh every1 pulling out to go to autosalon... so waited for mum to come back from church then she drove me and dad to city, originally it was just me and dad to go to the autosalon... then lisa lam called and told me she was waiting in a LONG line to get in, so yea paros dropped me just outside busport/convention centre then went in the line myself. saw lisa lam with her paros and bro, so joined in with them... she told me that $5 off can be found online as well, and she printed 4 thingys for all of them (even tho her bro was under 12, in case he wasnt he could still use one of those printouts)

yeah then looked at riced up cars and so on. lots of riced up sound systems AT THE BACK, and some with TV/movie screens at the back, one had one at the front too, and one even had a wii at the back... sikkunt! yeah one had a seat that slid to the back like really far, and one had a LV design! and soccer edition car. yeah and some random cars in the middle for weddings? =S well they played the wedding song which put me off. also

also models werent that great LOL, some scattered along the autosalon... but a lot on stage SOMETIME (didnt wait till 6pm for the finals or whatever, not many asians anyway haha) also on stage dancers danced, and weapon x+ken hell performed, hiphop music was played, and they threw out CDs (Ministry of Sound) and water bottles and caps etc. which i didnt get of course lol.

saw Leo (with his gf?) in front of his car, a blue skyline r-32.

yeah and some people were playing racing games on big screen and so on.

yeah took some pics of cars. saw Shahrez (havent seen him for awhile actually) far away, he didnt see me tho (i think he was at the perth motor show earlier in the year as well), and also bumped into Eunus too. and i think people like Jason Fong and JC was there too, also Andrew and Tiara, and also saw Tom, who i gave my Albert's Car Stereo shop voucher (15% off till 31st July, upto $150 value) to (got them from some random guy giving it out).

also bumped into lisa nguyen (loolisi!) yeah she came with her aussie friend Brent and some asian guy who was also called Vincent, and was looking for another few friends, but those eventually pulled out. but yeah rebumped into loolisi when i was eating food (bought chicken and chips (actually wedge size) and drink (coke) for $10.40). they took a rest because lisa had a headache. then bummed around for awhile, and she gave me her autosalon poster (cos it had some halfnaked chick on it lol), duno why i didnt get one earlier, but i managed to get another one later anyway. then walked around for a bit longer, then left around quarter to 5.

sent the other Vincent to the train station, then sent Brent to his bus. then went with Lisa to Icey Ice... had shared a large coffee ice for $5.90... and yeah she never been there before, so that was the main reason going there

then went timezone, both james's working... saw free credits on the crappy DDR AGAIN like 7 credits, so played one on double LOL. and then saw Justin AGAIN! haha then we hanged round and played a bit more, then played the other DDR as well, then us 3 went to bottom Utopia, where Jus got a lemon something bbt, which he didnt really like he said. then his friend Chris Chin (Chinne?) came (he works at the airport, and was gonna work there that night and timezone as well on monday nights apparently). haha didnt know justin was 22 already (3rd year commerce part-time, for working at BankWest, getting 27ish an hour but extra on weekeneds (1.5))!!!, and chris 23! yeah lisa is in tafe doing teaching and wants to go uni next year, Notre Dame (where more Catholic teaching things are) or Curtin (where more of her friends are). but yeah at autosalon lisa got this balloon flower thingy with the top balloon being a love heart shaped, she kept trying to straighten it lol but it didnt work.

then went to eat dinner, went to look at hawkers, had to waited 15 minutes, which chris originally said okay, but then they changed their mind, and he showed us some other place (it was called Singapore Malay Indian Cuisine, SMIC?, sounds dodgy name lol, and place looks pretty cheap...) indeed it was a stingey place, stuff like briyani and some other stuff was "sold out", so i got a $8.50 combination fish curry (fish in very liquid curry, vegies and a papadam, which i cracked in half shit lol), "today's special", yeah jus and chris got noodle stuff i think, and lisa got mee goreng... yeah the lady who served justin's said that it was a "$4 something" LOL... oh yeah i reused Fitch's Luke's joke, that i was picked up from the reject shop by lisa lol... in fact we were all rejects, since i was bailed out by all my friends, same with lisa, and also justin and chris bailed out by shuda

then went to send lisa to her dad who was picking her up outside old shanghai, her dad sounded pissed LOL, could hear him from some distance away.

anyway chris was still hungry, so went in old shanghai but nth good there, so then went to nandos, where jus got a chicken wrap, and chris got some chicken strips. but i was full so i waited.

then back to timezone, and went in the inside of the staff area for the first time. yeah then chris showed us his Valentino Holidays bus, and took us for a ride to Belmont, where his Dad's office was located, and waited for him to check the bus/trailer and park the bus and swapped to a smaller bus then went back to northbridge. haha 2 black dogs were there, and chris said that before one dog "killed the other", and they surrounded and licked us at first, but behaved later. haha Jus also noticed that chris and his dad were both wearing leather jackets, and similar pants. on the way back wazza messaged me saying he was in the airport, and how he wanted to eat maccas lol (24 hours one at leach hwy or vic park), but he couldnt be stuffed coming to ct for icey ice, but yeah i was full so cbf either haha. also jus asked chris what his bus would turn into (since we were on the topic of Transformers), he replied that it would turn into a giant penis LOL. "with two balloons?" HAHAHAHA

then went icey ice again! got a large fruit basket which was $9.90? chris also got one, and jus got one too but Jumbo size. fruit basket had banana, apple, strawberries and other fruits mixed with ice and chocolate sauce, pretty good. when i finished i noticed mine was all liquidy, but theirs didnt have any. haha some guy had brought his PSP to use their wireless internet. jus was always on his phone (MSN for $5 on a 3 phone, but he also bought internet on it for $5 a month too? and his plan is $190 a month? which would give $1080 value of calls? but even then he uses it up? LOL). also learnt that they always go icey ice, hence knowing the chicks that work there *wink wink*. then we were all perving on the Destination Calabria ("Destination Unknown") music video (by Alex Gaudino featuring Crystal Waters, see http://youtube.com/watch?v=GWu-e6B2AJs. LOL at the chicks nice dancing, and licking of trumpets HOT hahaha) they had on the TV screen (channel v), on that screen they used to have some weird icey ice promo thing which was boring. erm yeah, conclusion: majority of pop techno/dance videos are horny LOL, see that alex gaudino vid, and also vids by armand van helden, uniting nations and eric prydz etc. etc. lol also giving shit about Mika but one of the icey ice chicks was singing to it (the one who served me ages ago and could speak canto mando and english i believed, and chris said that she was "bubbly")

then jus and chris's friend came, his name was Brendan, he dresses in a scarf, and expensive jumper and clothing etc. (apparently cost $300+ each? =S). yeah and he was talking about the heaps of chicks he hooked with, and how he was having sex before =S and also how he was a "druggie" and sold the biggest legal drug in the world, well not really, but the 2nd biggest commodity in the world, and the "opposite" of tea = COFFEE

but yeah then around 11 oclock icey ice was closing so the lady said any last orders, but we didnt have any extra, altho jus got take away! and then chris sent jus home, and brendan went to pick up more chicks probably haha

then walked to timezone and waited for dad... then went home, now eating apple...

p.s. umm yeah on the fitch's pharmacy business card, it says Meaghan Lobb, but on the site it says Meaghan Leicester, so married now? and the site is kinda empty =.=
