dragging on

not a big day, but woke up 12 noonish...

went to freo kailis bros to have fish and chips... had a grilled fish (with salad), paros bought garlic bread and seafood chowder and traditional fish and chips (smaller than they used to be a few years back).

saw amen and paros. amen told me how they all got drunk at louisa's the night before LOL. but yeah she brought her own mayo and tartare sauces to dip. i borrowed some mayo as well (as they are stingey and didn't give us any sauces). they also gave me their left over chips which not even i ended up finishing. drank some asian tea drink.

also saw polly (my older cousin who had finished pharmacy in uni a few years back) and her husband jeremy (they got married last year), and his paros.

also saw jess from foo win.

went to get the car, dad told us some guy gave a ticket to us for free (lasted till 4.40pm, but even we left at 2.30pm, so we gave to other randoms for free as well). i remember in northbridge previously, the $9 for all nighter parking, ppl did this as well, or at least charged cheaper (say $5)

then went home... listening to a bit of nova countdown. and they were promoting this band called "Operator Please", apparently this all aussie teenager band with this song called "Just A Song About Ping Pong" which had been viewed 600000 times, nth much special really, see http://youtube.com/watch?v=qmHqsSblXg0 but yeah when i got home it was quite BORING. was cold and shit i always put on heater at max. consciously napped for awhile, and discussed with wantat about driving. wantat also has some XANGA virus which i near fell for, it comes in the email, first one was in chinese, saying it was his first postcard, but linked to a file which had a dodgy site domain. then later on more emails came (both my emails), and it said he was a school girl, so obviously it wasn't him.

had an apple. then watched seven news at 6pm. nothing special tonight. but some thai airlines flight had someone with polio? and about half the crew had gotten a booster injection for polio.

at night went to the last drop brewery (in canning vale, near willow pond ramon's restaurant which we had been to before) to have dinner (entertainment values book has a voucher for that place). mum drove on the wrong side of the road to get there lol, i agree it was confusing getting in tho in the dark.

anyway had a farmyard catch for dinner, and mum had salmon and dad had lamb. entree was chilli mussels (which were quite small in size, but enough of them, it also had a single piece of garlic bread on top), and garlic bread (4 pieces) again

my dish had 4 prawns, and a chicken breast (quite small), and a salad bowl.

they had channel [v]2 playing there, ur usual music vids... and some ads (some stupid phone ad, selling dog "licking" animations... those things are the biggest ripoffs ever, like $6.60 at least =S)

paros were making fun of the sign "wait staff only", what does than mean, a place to wait for the staff?

some guy next to us also saw us using the EV book, and used it himself.

the boss tried to rip us off with the voucher (which was buy one main meal and get another main meal free, the free one being the cheapest one of course). but he took off the chilli mussels (which was an entree of course).

then went home... eating watermelon... nites
