wow what a gloomy day cloud and rain ALL day

woke up 9amish. had driving lesson at 9.30am... parking is improving!

then afterwards stayed at home for a bit... till about 12:31pm caught the south st bus to the ct

went to HJs... and originally decided to use the $10 voucher my mum gave me, but redecided that it expired march next year, so better to use the mail vouchers. so used a 2 bacon deluxe burger voucher + a junior whopper voucher with reg fries and reg coke. ate everything, except one of the bacon deluxes, which i saved up for later. after being served by some asian person (korean i think?), i asked them if i could get one of those AFL footy scratchies (only for a whopper "variety" meal, in this case i got a jnr whopper meal), but she replied: "no sorry, only with water"... i'm like what... then i figured she was saying voucher, but i sounded like "water" or "wacher" or something weird haha. dam

then went to althea's pharmacy (amcal) next to myer, she wasn't working there at the time. and the indian pharmacist said no vacancies.

then went to myer and finished myer black credit card application which didnt finish last time cos didnt have enough ID. this time brought my HSBC bank statement. no one was serving at those seats, so i had to go elsewhere and "call" someone to go there, lol.

then went to look for more pharmacies. another pharmacy, on hay st... (craven's pharmacy i think? across from cinema city). and the trainee pharmacist didn't know what 500 hr positions were, so referred to the main pharmacist

then went to the "actual" train station one, next to angus and robertson and puffin fresh etc etc. first asked some person at the combined newsagent counter, and they didnt know what was 500 hr position, then referred to the azn pharmacist, who said that 2 ppl were leaving in august, and they might call me, and also she was the first to suggest me to keep looking elsewhere haha. she also noted that my resume was wet =S maybe from the water bottle i was carrying but definitely not from the rain. yeah dropped my resume here.

then went to timezone... kristy and james (becky's ex) and played some initial d, i played on the one on the left with the dodgy wheel, but he let me win haha. then played some ddr (2 emo/goth looking white guys left 3 credits on there. kristy also said that when dim plays (for about an hr every time) he leaves some credits for her too)... and some ppl watched me and suggested songs (kristy's friends? well she knows too many ppl haha). ken was working at the time, then tz james (jimmy the hand) also came.

the "big" guy (boss?) from emperors court also came (he goes there like every day, every1 says it and it seems true, he only plays the skill testers, but he's pro LOL that's for sure), and kristy asked him to get a toy for her, and he managed to get one and gave it to her (it was some soft toy whale, blue colour). (i even tried once but failed) other colours were also there (2 aqua blue and one pink), but she really wanted the aqua blue, and later on when she asked ken, he swapped it for her (she noted that she had put make up on the normal blue one haha). the james guy went somewhere else, to find her sister.

then noticed tony lean and alvin and their friend, they were alternating turns in playing that hardcore car game (not max tune or initial d or mario kart or daytona, but battle gear 3 i think?) but yeah tony asked me how my results went, and answered him, he replied that he got supplementary exams for both units... CRAZY I WOULD'VE CONSIDERED QUITTING PHARMACY IF THAT HAPPENED TO ME LOL. anyway he said he had finished the biochem exam (which agreed with alfred that it was harder than the original exam). but micro was tmr, and i was like wth u doing here LOL, and he was like i'm taking a break, not blaming him of course, pharmacy is a motherfuckerstresser!

anyway kristy kept saying she was tired and wanted to go home to sleep (she was also out the day and night before at timezone, night due to work meeting?). but it was raining so she couldnt really get anywhere, so we went to the other side (entrance) of tz and played percussion master drum game on hard... zzz played some random songs.

then finished and noticed that the tekken game on arcade had a free credit, so played that, and chose the chick (didn't notice her name was christie LOL). but died pretty fast.

THEN noticed that the tennis game had like free credits on it too (infact 8 credits wtf...) so me kristy played doubles on that (i chose good ol' lleyton hewitt, and she chose some random german guy), and we used 6 credits but we won (1.4 million bucks apparently haha), so unrealistic that we could beat federer etc. left 2 free credits there.

then went outside, to convenience store to find james and his sister. then went and had waffles with them, and then waited for blue CAT bus (just missed it so had to wait another 12 minutes). during this time, saw richard (lisa's brother) and his friend, who said they just went to play ddr too.

then got on CAT bus, about 10 past 5, but decided even then she couldnt be stuffed walking to her other CAT bus stop, so we took a round trip (nearly) on the blue CAT (back to the other side of the train station), it took nearly half an hour. so yeah talked random stuff, and noticed another pharmacy/chemist on mounts bay rd, but a bit too far to walk i think

then sent her off to her bus stop... and i walked to that big bowl china noodle place to wait for my paros and have dinner. i just got there on time, and my dad was trying to parallel park but he kept going up the "smooth kerb" with the CRV, in the end sorta gave up haha, wasnt perfectly straight but yeah oh well and least it didnt take 2 spots or anything like some ridiculous ppl

ordered 3 noodles (but i was semi-hungry, having the waffles before, and just having the left over HJs burger just now). apparently ordered 2 noodles there, but they saw 3 of us, and didnt allow us to get bowls to "share" wtf. anyway we bought another set of noodles, happy? (wonton soup noodles, beef cheese noodles? and some other pork vegie soup one).

then on the way home... (it was 7.30ish), amen called saying that i should come over now (said to play mahjong from 8pm-12am). we were discussing how to get home (because apparently some P-plater curfew after 12? =S)

anyway got there, and yeah talked and stuff then (wan tat was already there). then later on gary came, and belz, then gary's friend calvin. gary and calvin smoked heaps outside, and gary talked on the phone heaps too, and he forced us to be silent during that period lol (we alternated turns to play). wan tat and amen played some of belz ds too and got tired. won some lost some of course, lost less than last time haha, and gary/calv was pissed because one of the others kept intercepting their wins lol.

ate food like amens HK DISNEYLAND choc biscuits, which came in a tin box (expiring 25 july, which was 6 days away! and she bought it from hk like early in the year january lol..., and another smaller box of those had an expiry date of 13/7 =S) and some korean chippy things, and amen also said she had lots of green tea in a box, they looked dusty, and we were trying hard to find the expiry date, but eventually found it on the side of the bottle after hard looking, finding it to be expiring in 2008 so it was ok.

played nearly 4 rounds. gary and calv also went by taxi to karaoke after (somewhere in ct, prob hits studio, which belz said there was less chinese songs compared to utopia, but she never been there b4 lol). me and tatz got home from a ride with bel and her bro
