ok woke at 11am today (prob woke up by call/sms from ngoc anh before) but yeah, caught 12.22 bus to uni, but on the way was hell soaked argh
then had 3 lectures. first was benson, during the lecture the lecture room's phone rang, and she originally thought that it was someones mobile, then she picked it up and yeah =S this was at 408
2nd lec was at hollis with wolfgang, asked him some questions after the lecture, apparently some ppl missed the lab in the morning so they have to do it tmr
3rd lec in same room with yan chen, me and amy kept mocking her accent LOL but she started it. and yeah during this lec she was "stooged" also, with the microphone turned on hell loud, and her phone rang, even tho her phone was on silent, but we heard the INTERFERENCE, lol hell funny looking at her reaction
then went to library toilet to "dry" my shirt T.T then went to get some curry pie, chicken sausage, wedges and mango juice drink at bookmark, and went to lounge with heaps of pharmacy ppl there already (4-5 break), and jamie and kenny and matt were there also. chatted and stuff, and went to that find me and win site and found my photo =D
then went off to last lecture at watson, which kenny crashed cos he had wapsa meeting at 6 and he had nth to do.
then went home, and went with paros to eat at nishi with uncle's relatives etc. me ordered some deluxe bento set E with chicken teriyaki, tempura, rice, sashimi, miso soup and salad. cost $27 something =S
then went home, studied pharm chem, hell tired, ate an apple. good nite

soak
today woke up late due to late sleep from lucky cas =D so it was about 1ish (actually was woken up before by stupid wantat to get me to go to maccas to eat breakfast at about 9ish but i cbf haha).
went to that kam fook chinese restaurant again to eat lunch, char siu and roast pork rice yum, with paros noodles and beef ho fun as well yum
then went home to activate new optus plan (old one was optus free, an "archived plan" which they dont offer anymore, and it was 37c/min, 20c flagfall i think?, new one is the same but called "bigger and better", but 39c/min, 29c flagfall? and 100 mytime minutes to 5 designated optus prepaid numbers...)
then went to catch the bus, but for some reason missed the south st bus =S. so walked in soaking rain to 879 stop, but saw that it didnt come until after the next south st bus arrrgh so walked back to south st... and got on bus
then used city busport handdrier to dry a bit my clothing zzz
then went utopia, and saw richard (lisas brother). then saw annita and paul had already got bbt, and david came too. (he already got a bbt before me but for some reason it came way after mine =S)
then went tz, saw justin. also saw john vinh and tung (playing drums) and kristy there. omfg max tune 3 is out!!! earlier than i expected to be in perth haha for sure, but card reader wasnt working (so no new cards or old ones to be put in either). i thought it meant u couldnt play it with powercard originally, but then ppl started playing... mmm good graphics, new maps, and new versions of old maps! and new mode (ghost mode against urself lol). and also that u can "choose" ur destination, different paths in the game!
yeah just played alotta games, mainly ddr, max tune, initial d and mario kart, and also the percussion master. mmm got wantats gold card and his other normal card, so got extra free games today being POWER EVENT (now called justice league event =S). they gave us 15 free games on the gold card (normally should be 10!), plus the free daily game as well, so 16 all up! and 5 for the normal one as usual, so i had got 37 free games lol...
things to note. when playing daikenkai on ddr with kristy, the "pro" guy in the drumania, decided to be "smart" and chose daikenkai as well (to distract us?). justin also played alot of those ticket games, like the stacker game and the timer to 1000 game, with no luck. but he did manage to get a tigger suited winnie the pooh later (he said that some chicks used like 10 games but couldnt get one, but he used like 3 and got it, and gave one to the chicks and joked that even then they wouldnt give him their numbers lol).

(they had 3 machines there, and the card reader was WORKING, but heaps of ppl were hogging it). then went back timezone, and played more games. i played an extra long 39km map (costs another credit, metropolitan highway. the 59km metro highway was also available, for an extra credit too? unlike the MT2 one which costs an extra FOUR credits) during that time, i heard shouting, and apparently (said justin) a white drunk guy was being annoying? so an azn crew bashed him lol. and saw shuda and timezone crew like ken and james and james went out to see. then police came so it was sorted out. then john left later. also loaded an extra $20 on my card
then me david justin and shuda went to icey ice on justins car (shuda had licence but no car, and justin had no licence but did get a car =S). justin didnt see the lake st "hump" and the car went boom, wasnt major, but justin apologised for not seeing it.
then inside shuda got a green tea+red bean ice, justin got twin icey tower, and david got fruit basket. i got a strawberry and watermelon chiller, large one, cost $5.90, heaps of ice but pretty good. OMG saw destination calabria video again, we like to perv on it =P and talked about fergie thinking that originally the rest of the BEP's "carried her" but now she turned out to be the most successful one hahaha
then john (davids bro) picked david up, and justin sent me back to old shanghai where my mum could pick me up.
but first went back to timezone, and no1 was playing mt3, so i started a new card (cost $2 to start the game, and another $2 to get a card. the new one looks better). and played the first game on story mode, got from 280hp to 320hp.

twice the fun and nightmares too...
27/7/07:
this was a friday, got up pretty late cos slept pretty late the night before studying (trying) =.= it was about 12ish. (was originally planning to watch simpsons movie but that was never organised properly sigh) so caught 1.07 99 bus to curtin to make it to curtin for orientation (actually feeling lazy to go unlike KEEGAN who pulled out lol but i needed to know what kind of things to expect). saw ryan on the bus, and yingying came on as well. then saw all the usual pharmacy people, with some ppl missing but mostly every1 was there i think. orientation took about just over 2 hours (1.30-3.40)
some things to note PHARMACOLOGY IS A BITCH, 4 lectures+ a week? (total 49 lectures omfg). michael garlepp (the head of dept aka "lecture waggerer"!) intro'd the orientation by commenting on some shit about correlation between midsem results and final exam results. we also saw and have our favourite lecturers again andrew crowe, max page, andrew mcwilliam, brett dix, paul murray, yan chen and others for the 5 units we have this semester. and also new lecturer for pharmacology called LISA TEE, who tried to be funny sorta but she wasnt. was sitting next to amy who had this orange lollipop-ish "drug" pen which i drew a copy of hahah cos i was so bored. kristy was meant to meet up too cos she finished her school but it was raining and she couldnt find her way so fuck it.
yeah then went to bus stop, in the rain. and caught 98 back to southlands, and ate nandos dine-in... 4 tenderloins, and rice, and extras of peri-peri chips and side salad, and vanilla coke, total was like $17.85, but it was filling and yum definitely, peri-peri sauce addict for life haha, extra HOT of course otherwise it's not fun at all! tried to write down timetable details during the wait for food. then mum picked me up, and waited in the car for aunty judy (signed tonys card during this time), then went home, and packed tonys present (gave him this pink 18th bear hahaha) =) then went to wantats house for tonys party
this was about 6pm. only wantat, danny, and tony were there at the time, so we watched a bit of a movie called it's a boy girl thing.
then guests came, most i didnt know at all but mostly they were either tonys high school friends (applecross) or asia friends which i did know mostly (like louisa, sophia, nick, and friend jack, aileen), and tony's girlfriend amy's friends from willo in year 12 (eg fiona, and their black friend cant spell her name, and tracy) and other randoms (like jasmine who met him at another party). met some ppl like zi who was doing physio with wantat as well, and tim this 20 year old guy. and basically just drank and chatted, but tony was the only person i could see that yakked, at least he did it in a plastic bag (we were prepared).
saw this other chick with plastic bag too but didnt know if she puked or not. yeah there were ppl outside smoking bongs, and random white guys (eg a guy from eagle boys and his friend who was singing songs from his music player like silverchair old school LOL). yeah tony's gf ordered pizzas from dominoes.
i also had to help jess foo and others buy alcohol (lemon ruski, midori and cruisers), well i went with danny who drove me to the drive thru alcohol shop in southies (even tho liquorland was still open), and ended up costing like $71.
also tony's gf's black friend who louisa kept calling punjab LOL she was "annoying" drunk, well ppl got the impression she was anyway, trying to remember ppls names and giving every1 hi-fives, but later on she got the news that her friend got raped and she "wasn't there for her" so she got emo =S yeah that went on for awhile.
yeah it was a good party
tony eventually sobered up and drove his gf and her friend fiona home. then most others left. and all that was left was me, wantat, mike and tony, who "slept" over, but me and tony felt really cold even with a thin blanket. plus we were sleeping on the floor so it was awkward positioning i guess. but yeah the other 2 were comfortable i guess, with mike saying that aileens jacket that she left over was pretty warming (she also left her camera). but yeah we woke up at about 6.30 and went to wantats moms bathroom to use the bathroom heater, which was at least semiwarm. then went to watch random shit on wantats computer, like french version of spiderman 3 =S. yeah and helped clean up his house and bin stuff. then we all went home (mike caught bus home about 8.25AM, tony drove, i walked). then i showered and slept for a bit till like 12

yeah sent sms to david bui (who invited me to watch dockers AFL game at subiaco oval against geelong) to not wake me up until like 12 cos i was damn tired. also finally refound my timetable info which my mum hid =S but yeah about 12.40ish david and his bro john came to my house and picked me up (orginally plan was to pick me up at timezone 1.15ish but that might have been a bit late). then arrived near subiaco oval, and we walked to gate 9. and found seats which were labelled wrongly (meant to be 15 and 16, but 15 was labelled 11 =S). i bought some food (chicken treat chicken roll, chips and 600ml drink), but that was $12.85 omfg rip zzz.
then watched the game. 1st quarter dockers were down quite a bit, 2nd quarter recovered LITTLE but that was about the peak of their performance, then 3rd and 4th quarter they just got worst, i guess they probably tired. funny thing was we were sitting next to HEAPS of geelong supporters (even a cheer squad) which kept cheering for geelong of course, but one of the men also shouted/chanted the name/nickname (oi oi oi etc.) of the person who scored the latest goal for geelong, quite funny. and each time they said geelong+clapped, some freo supporter kids would say "suck" haha. anyway took some photos and videos. pretty good first experience at footy match. haha, even david got to touch the AFL ball cos it got near him hehe (kicked by matt pavlich).
anyway finished watching the game, and went outside and saw the members equity ball guy (called melvin), i kept giving him shit because he was messing with little kids, paedophile? lol. anyway we took a photo with him, and apparently if u go to http://www.findmeandwin.com/ and find the photo they took on their website, can win prizes (first one after 8.30pm but i missed that i think, couldnt even find it yet, or before 30th july to win other prizes!!! THEIR SITE IS FUCKING LAGGY SOME PICS DONT LOAD AND THERES TOO MANY PICS ANYWAY SO I COULDNT FIND ATM =S) anyway walked to officeworks to get picked up by john again, so bored so walked around and took random pics, and some randoms wanted me to take a pic of them, and also with david =P also there was a pharmacy around there, and a nice mortar and pestle pic which i took
then john took me to around hay st and i walked to busport and bused home. on the bus there were quite a few ppl wearing dockers gear, assuming they were from the game at subi. then family had pizza (bacon cheese burger again, and also a chicken supreme which cost a bit extra. order now at http://www.pizzahutdirect.com.au/). saw uncle kai (wantats dad) who just came back from hk, and was collecting their clothes which they had borrowed our washing machine to use cos theirs was fucked.
then went to casino, warren picked me up, then we went to pick nish. then on the way to cas saw rolfey, kyle doherty and liam odonell, which rolfey was drunk, and eating chips, and kyle was holding and letting parts of this newspaper drop and gave the tv guide to nish =P
then met angela and tung there, and we started gambling, and it was nish's technically his first time! he got $20 in $5 chips, and used a $5 straight away on the "fruit wheel" without splitting it into $2.50 which is the minimum, and ended up losing it all. while me and warren gained some (just keep betting between watermelon 3-1 and orange 5-1, and alternate between grape 11-1, and higher ones 23-1 and 47-1 maybe if u win some extra to invest, fuck the cherries 1-1) but the 2 in a row of the same fruit fucked me up haha.
also went to play same roulette, betting red and black 1-1 (which doesnt include 0, unlike even and odd). nish also joined club burswood, and he played some poker machines as well, and got hot chocolates with warren. in the end, nish lost about $10, better than losing $20 all at the start though (after withdrawing another $60, but that withdrawal was necessary to recover haha). and i (surprisingly) gained $22.50 (after trading in $50 in chips), mostly from winning the grape in the fruit wheel, and warren gained a bit as well from roulette (he even won a 8-1 bet for betting 4 number set correctly).
also let nish do some footytipping. and i entered the money wheel competition too, 3 entry draws this time!!! not the usual 2 =S but yeah i kept em for later use cos u gotta be there to win the prize if ur name is drawn, and the draws are 1pm, 5pm and 8pm. yep also saw eunus (who i had seen at his work and autosalon, no im not stalking him =S). also gained about 300 points on my club burswood card i think for gambling!!! (need 1000 for birthday wheel tho =S). also watched a bit of mini baccarat, and keno and virtual horse racing, and drank some of their "filtered" water. also saw some other drunk ppl, including some randomly using pickup lines, and then later realising a chick they were hitting on had a bf i think lol
overall experience was GAIN for us, so we decided to bet on the roulette, red and black one more time, with me nish and warren ALL choosing the same colour, after seeing 5 black's in a row, we decided to see the next one, it became a red... so now was the decision (if we win this we stop gambling for the night and buy ourselves a burger from maccas =) ). we chose BLACK and we won it woot! then we cashed it. (EXTRA $5 for all of us).
drove to vic park maccas to get burgers (but there was no dine in, so warren thought that LEACH HWY one had dine in at that time, which was about 2-3 AM). we went to leach hwy, and strangely enough there was no dinein, well at least it was closed, and some drunk/despo white guys were semi-banging on the door, swearing and offering $5 for those who would open that section, we gave up and drove-thru, which took awhile.
then when it finally got to us, we could see 2 previous orders, one was a single cheeseburger $2, and another was cheeseburger with other stuff, cost about $8. then we ordered 3 separate orders, warren got big mac and large fries, me got double beef and bacon burger with large fries, and nish got mcchicken and bigmac and large fries. but when we got to the serving window, they fucked up and gave us that cheeseburger, which warren kept as a bonus, and also another triple cheeseburger meal? =S. and said that they could NOT see the last of our orders... oh well we ended up getting it all anyway, but mixed me and warrens in the same bag =S then dropped nish home, and me, and i started eating, yummm

then john took me to around hay st and i walked to busport and bused home. on the bus there were quite a few ppl wearing dockers gear, assuming they were from the game at subi. then family had pizza (bacon cheese burger again, and also a chicken supreme which cost a bit extra. order now at http://www.pizzahutdirect.com.au/). saw uncle kai (wantats dad) who just came back from hk, and was collecting their clothes which they had borrowed our washing machine to use cos theirs was fucked.
then went to casino, warren picked me up, then we went to pick nish. then on the way to cas saw rolfey, kyle doherty and liam odonell, which rolfey was drunk, and eating chips, and kyle was holding and letting parts of this newspaper drop and gave the tv guide to nish =P
then met angela and tung there, and we started gambling, and it was nish's technically his first time! he got $20 in $5 chips, and used a $5 straight away on the "fruit wheel" without splitting it into $2.50 which is the minimum, and ended up losing it all. while me and warren gained some (just keep betting between watermelon 3-1 and orange 5-1, and alternate between grape 11-1, and higher ones 23-1 and 47-1 maybe if u win some extra to invest, fuck the cherries 1-1) but the 2 in a row of the same fruit fucked me up haha.
also went to play same roulette, betting red and black 1-1 (which doesnt include 0, unlike even and odd). nish also joined club burswood, and he played some poker machines as well, and got hot chocolates with warren. in the end, nish lost about $10, better than losing $20 all at the start though (after withdrawing another $60, but that withdrawal was necessary to recover haha). and i (surprisingly) gained $22.50 (after trading in $50 in chips), mostly from winning the grape in the fruit wheel, and warren gained a bit as well from roulette (he even won a 8-1 bet for betting 4 number set correctly).
also let nish do some footytipping. and i entered the money wheel competition too, 3 entry draws this time!!! not the usual 2 =S but yeah i kept em for later use cos u gotta be there to win the prize if ur name is drawn, and the draws are 1pm, 5pm and 8pm. yep also saw eunus (who i had seen at his work and autosalon, no im not stalking him =S). also gained about 300 points on my club burswood card i think for gambling!!! (need 1000 for birthday wheel tho =S). also watched a bit of mini baccarat, and keno and virtual horse racing, and drank some of their "filtered" water. also saw some other drunk ppl, including some randomly using pickup lines, and then later realising a chick they were hitting on had a bf i think lol
overall experience was GAIN for us, so we decided to bet on the roulette, red and black one more time, with me nish and warren ALL choosing the same colour, after seeing 5 black's in a row, we decided to see the next one, it became a red... so now was the decision (if we win this we stop gambling for the night and buy ourselves a burger from maccas =) ). we chose BLACK and we won it woot! then we cashed it. (EXTRA $5 for all of us).
drove to vic park maccas to get burgers (but there was no dine in, so warren thought that LEACH HWY one had dine in at that time, which was about 2-3 AM). we went to leach hwy, and strangely enough there was no dinein, well at least it was closed, and some drunk/despo white guys were semi-banging on the door, swearing and offering $5 for those who would open that section, we gave up and drove-thru, which took awhile.
then when it finally got to us, we could see 2 previous orders, one was a single cheeseburger $2, and another was cheeseburger with other stuff, cost about $8. then we ordered 3 separate orders, warren got big mac and large fries, me got double beef and bacon burger with large fries, and nish got mcchicken and bigmac and large fries. but when we got to the serving window, they fucked up and gave us that cheeseburger, which warren kept as a bonus, and also another triple cheeseburger meal? =S. and said that they could NOT see the last of our orders... oh well we ended up getting it all anyway, but mixed me and warrens in the same bag =S then dropped nish home, and me, and i started eating, yummm

day by day
wow today woke up hell late, like 2ish (actually woke up early by wantat sms), fucking up my sleeping times again lol. anyway studied and my mum brought me this take away meal it had rice, noodles, mushroom, siu mai, cheung fun etc. mixture of all the asian, well chinese stuff
watched news at 6pm... haha some african kid got TB at koondoola, and reports friends can make you "fat", more likely than ur siblings (well i dont have any), but they can also help you get fit by dieting/exercising together...
then went to garbo. saw cathy who was getting a N73 phone at 3 shop. then went to food court and saw elaine working at muffin break, and offered to give me a free coffee cos the boss wasnt around, so i got a hot chocolate with marshmellow... yum =D
then met jacky and his mum judy, who just came back to perth from taipei for the first time in like a year. yeah had japanese to eat, the shop is called edo something haha, got mixed kasu (chicken fish and prawn), cost $8.90, not bad, and ate some of my mum's lasagne. then went to look for tony's present, firstly deciding on something appropriate, like a gift voucher, or a photo frame maybe, and then got to the cards galore shop and saw nice ideas like stubby holders, beer glass, guest books... and last but not least... a pink 18th bear which i got xD
also during the shopping/looking i saw chao... actually he saw ME, first of all couldnt see, or even if i did, didnt recognise his new look with glasses =) but yeah we chatted, he was with his church friends and stuff, and we hadnt caught up in awhile. anyway he also asked whether althea was still "performing" LOL of course she was... he also said he was there since 3 oclock till then which was about 8 already (cos his orientation finished about 1), and had bought some slippers for a friends bday (and was gonna get her some PJs as well). then he and his friends went to have a coffee. (2nd time i bumped into him at garbo, and he lives near burswood, altho he said his church was near there)
then went home and studied... sigh ate apple and watermelon

damn, so boring... AND have to study
well yeah today woke up at about 12.30... mum brought me this roast meat take away with peas corn cauliflower potato and gravy from the soleil cafe in riverton i think. then studied pharm chem... but got distracted heaps...
watched news at 6pm... not much special except about jeff farmer getting fined heaps but still being able to play for this saturday. and essendon coach sacked. and UK's floods slowly recovering but heaps of fresh water bottles still needed to be provided by the army. finally lindsay lohan getting in trouble again, 2nd DUI ahaha, chasing her personal assistant's mother =S haha wats with celebrities and alcohol (also paris hilton), ate apple and drank soup too
then went to metcalfe road lynwood pub to eat. all meals came with salad bar, which had potato, rice, ravioli, vegies and so on. ordered entrees like oyster kilpatrick (didnt look that fresh), garlic bread, soup of the day (beef and vegetable soup) for $3.90, and my main was sweet chili chicken stirfry, which was chicken pieces stir fried with sweet chili sauce and vegies like cucumber, cauliflower, peas, corn, onion and spring onion, cost $16.90. dad got some porterhouse steak and chips (wednesday night special was $10.90) while mum got some snapper and chips
during the meal parents recognised the piano player as a customer at our post office, and he asked my mum for her favourite song, but she didnt really know, so he was thinking of songs from the 60s but he could only come up with "sukiyaki" or something, but he played it and my mum recognised it. yeah
then went to drop off wantats phone back at his house cos he left it here last nite.
then went home. tried to get ppl to go watch the simpsons movie tmr but not many interested, maybe watch on friday b4 orientation? yep then studied some more
also saw 2 pharmacology units on webct today o_O

choosday
woke up about 8 something, had some milk to drink then catched the 9.22am bus to curtin... amy and eddy came after and we went in john hang's car to play baddy at that manning road place again. janice jeff and ryan came, and later on eric and maddie from physio joined us, and we even extended our time from our usual 10.20-12.20 to 1 oclock (wouldve been another 20 minutes but some ppl already booked the courts at 1), so became like $8.20 per person. amy was already wearing her chemmart uniform (cos her boss called her to go to work at 4-6), and eddy stole her badge lollll. althea and jane pulled out cos they had something to do. tried to get warren and nish to come but warren slept in, and nish wouldnt come if warren didnt. wantat didnt come cos he went to city to get proof of age card.
yeah after baddy went nandos for lunch, i got a extra hot supermo chicken burger meal (with chips and regular vanilla coke), add avocado spread+bacon on the burger, and added an extra side salad. arrrgh i asked for peri-peri chips (which has the seasoning on it) but they gave me normal, damn. oh well put extra hot peri-peri sauce on my chips muhahahaha the best
then everybody else went home, john dropped me amy eddy and ryan back at curtin busstop, but ryan caught the 98 home, while the rest of us caught the 99 to go to oats st to get to the train station to city. this was about 2.30 already.
then we went to get icey ice (kristy was working), cos amy and eddy never tried before, but they were quite rushed since amy had to make the 3.37 bus to get to her work. they got this new pink lady thing )(had pink wafers and pocky and strawberries and marshmellows), while i got crunchy nut which was also new (had chocolate topping and peanuts and other mixed nuts, even kristy said she walked in there today and she had never seen it before either), both costed $7.90, no other sizes. hmm haha but by the time they finished it was at last 3.27 already, i told them to run if they wanted to make it, and they ended up missing the bus, but caught the next one and was 15 minutes late, oh well not that bad. they also thought eddy dropped his phone somewhere while running, but later found it in his bag =.= yeah i took another 10 minutes to finish mine.
then went to pot black, and saw wantat there playing max tune his favourite game haha, vsing some randoms, so yeah i sat next to him on the photo hunt machine, to see if there were any free games... didnt expect one but funnily enough there was 1 credit LOL so yeah i played and got to like round 12 or 13. then some random white guy asked me if i would buy his powercard which apparently had $10 on it =S because he "didnt like the games at timezone", and would rather play the racing games at pot black, but i was like theres no difference, then he said some shit like he played the stacker game and won a free phone? but timezone wouldnt give it to him. erm yeah anyway he gave me the card to check at timezone, but there was only $2.10 on it, then he was in surprise (fake or not i dont know) but then he was really scabbing for money, to play games =S he was saying he lives on the streets and his baby died today in hospital or something =S (well he had a bike and was riding on it, and it looked like he couldnt coordinate properly lol) but yeah i was like no change, and he offered to give me a $20 for a $50 note... no way haha then he got pissed and left
yeah saw kristy's honkie friend tony, who was playing initial d. wantat came later and we played some max tune games there. crappy ddr machine had free credits again, but later it was used up by randoms. tony also told me there was a free game on the shooting game, the rescuing hostages one. then his gf? came and he gave us free credits on initial d haha, but both steering wheels seem to be fucked... zzz
then got a bbt, i got green milk tea with chocolate sago
then caught 882 bus home, on the bus talked mainly about the topic of godsisters LOL. wantat followed because he locked himself out of his home, so had to get spare key from me dad. ended up having dinner at home with us, had some congee with vegies and pork fists. he got pissed at his dad in hk cos he told him that he wanted asus motherboard only, not any "sister brands" (said his dad got ripped in computer deals b4), but yeah his dad did buy some other brand, but later on he saw that the brand was at least on some website and got less pissed haha. let him use our washing machine cos his is fucked (apparently his sink is all leaky as well). then helped him carry his clothes home.
erm... then went home and tried to study, didnt get very far, sigh. seems like a lot to study even though over a week left, but then i remembered how i nearly studied nonstop for pharmbio exams, and this pharm chem is just a test thats worth 20% lol, hopefully that'll motivate me to get somewhere
dam internet is shaped hell slow, will get unshaped at midnight and one more day of on peak shaping... sigh

rainy not rainie haha
yeah today was quite rainy so yeah not much happened. and mum woke me up early but cbf getting up so woke up later like 12-1ish. ate some kraft cheese noodles thingy, pretty good and an egg and drank milk
got pretty tired napped some more, then studied some pharm chem... sigh test is 4.30 to 5.30pm on august 3rd arrgh progress is slow
watched news at 6pm, um yeah Jeff Farmer admitting he has a problem with alcohol. and UK flooding. ate an apple
then went to eat at the kam fook chinese restaurant, cos my uncle's family all had time to come down south. wan tat came with us to eat too, and discussed a lot of stuff, about ppl's relationships, psychology, uni courses etc. etc. and ate normal typical chinese food, some prawn thingy, bbq pork combo meats, vegie mushroom hotpot dishes and so on
then went home. some uwa said they had tues and wed off after getting their timetable. and tried to get more ppl to go baddy tmr but didnt happen. lets go see simpsons on thursday tho!

ok 2 days of stuff again
Saturday 21/7/07:
woke up about 7.15-7.30, got ready for "trial" work at Fitch's Pharmacy (http://fitchspharmacy.com/), wearing a collared long sleeve white shirt and some black pants, and my usual jack's white shoes that i bought about sept. last year (umm hell dirty now, but esp after asia cocktail last year)... i could choose 2 different buses to go, south st buses (880/882/883/884) or 879, both coming every half an hour (but 879 comes in between the south st buses, but is at a stop which is a further walk for me), originally thinking that i would have breakfast at HJs or something, but ended up eating some peanut butter toasted bread, i caught the 8.25AM south st bus
then worked (9am, till quarter past 5 roughly, originally 6 but not much customers that day, mainly due to rain). first my supervisor meaghan lobb got me to stock up different stuff that was missing on shelves, then got me to label different sections of the shop (had to re-label the whole shop because the new labels were more "consistent", with the price first then product name, then barcode, whilst the old labels had some which had different such orders. the new labels also had a slightly bigger font). sections of the shop labelled included creams/lotions, and vitamins (3). also served some customers thru the counter, using the till, and sold some products.
ppl i met included Meaghan (supervising pharmacist), and Luke (Meaghan's little brother, who had worked there for about 2 months he said). also another pharmacist was Hayley, and some asian 2000 hours student who wasn't meant to be working that day rocked up a few times anyway, her name was Brittany? anyway it was useful working that day, learning some stuff about pharmacy operation, and how they counselled patients, Meaghan also encouraged me to engage in conversations with customers and so on, but it was hard since not that many customers came (relatively).
Brittany also gave me some tips, she, and Hayley also tried some eye shadow on (Brittany said she was going to a ball, pharmacy ball maybe?) and asked me (A GUY) for some advice. haha Hayley and Meaghan were also racing to pack/stocktake sunglasses (apparently they have a huge selection, 5000+++), and Hayley won but she said she only won because she had "easy ones to do".
our pharmacy also sold costumes and other stuff which ppl do look at, i guess the other pharmacies dont really have this stuff, it is kinda their specialty haha, for being one of the smallest pharmacies in the city. also Meaghan said to a customer that the sunglasses we sold are from Milan markets, wow.
Meaghan also treated me to some Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (dunno where she got em from) but yeah she gave me one, and also gave me mints.
our pharmacy also sold this mp3 sunglasses, sounds pretty cool, cost $395 haha.
during some period Luke showed me the basement (because one of the label holding strips in front of the products was falling off, hence needed a new one to stick on to hold the labels). (he also showed me the toilet earlier, this was at a higher level, and the lifts and toilet doors etc. also needed special keycard access). during this basement trip, he talked to me and stuff (also talked to me while working of course), he told me that Meaghan was his sister, and Scott (the other pharmacist who worked there on weekdays and answered the phone to me 2 times the day before) was his brother "hence his whole family worked there". also Meaghan mentioned a joke which Scott made for Luke, where Scott picked Luke up from the $2 shop, and he was 50% off LOL
the real manager was Peter, and he said that Scott and Peter had some conflicts? haha and "some ppl thought he was grumpy etc." but he thought he was an alright person i guess. he also told me that the pharmacy, being in the city, there was bound to be a hottie walking around once in awhile (which i didnt really get a chance to see lol), but that there were also rude emos (which i did see) and druggies (who buy syringes) etc. (yes Hayley told me what a fitpack was, it was a syringe pack, but that there was also a fitpack PLUS, which had less syringes but a spoon and other stuff?). yeah Luke left earlier like 4ish to go watch Eagles (his mum also appeared, but didnt talk to her).
also that day i DID NOT expect to see people i knew at work, even tho it was in the city. but i did LOL. first person was Leon (from asia), who randomly walked in haha, he said he was waiting for his friend, and wanted to get another friend a birthday present, and he noticed some magnetic thermometer pen? it was pretty good haha. second was Justin, who was waiting for a friend to go eat Jaws all you can sushi (his friend Shudo? was japanese), and yeah i called him (recognising him from the back, standing outside the pharmacy haha), talked for a bit, then he went off. also saw rachel chih i think walked past
also some random came into the store and gave me a autosalon flyer, and it had $5 off entry!!!
anyway got a short toilet break earlier, and also got a half an hour lunch break (about 12.45pm-1.15pm), in which case i just walked to the double storey KFC/HJs/kebabeque, and bought myself a KFC mashies meal (with a piece of hot n spicy chicken, mashies, gravy and zinger fillet burger).
but yeah work didnt feel that long at all. and Meaghan said she would call me back if they needed me (i had taken over some other girl's job today cos she was away). also took one of their business cards. also noticed that their pharmacy was since 1937, so its about 70 years old! BUT WHO THE HELL IS FITCH? LOL?
then caught the 75 to belz house (from st georges terrace). um yeah she told me to get off at marjorie avenue, but i got off a stop which i could SEE marjorie avenue, which i eventually walked to, but she thought i was at another stop so some misunderstanding =S so she got her dad to pick me up, then we waited for wan tat and amen who drove him here. during the wait, was watching meteor garden =S

woke up 12ish today... noone called... sigh every1 pulling out to go to autosalon... so waited for mum to come back from church then she drove me and dad to city, originally it was just me and dad to go to the autosalon... then lisa lam called and told me she was waiting in a LONG line to get in, so yea paros dropped me just outside busport/convention centre then went in the line myself. saw lisa lam with her paros and bro, so joined in with them... she told me that $5 off can be found online as well, and she printed 4 thingys for all of them (even tho her bro was under 12, in case he wasnt he could still use one of those printouts)
yeah then looked at riced up cars and so on. lots of riced up sound systems AT THE BACK, and some with TV/movie screens at the back, one had one at the front too, and one even had a wii at the back... sikkunt! yeah one had a seat that slid to the back like really far, and one had a LV design! and soccer edition car. yeah and some random cars in the middle for weddings? =S well they played the wedding song which put me off. also
also models werent that great LOL, some scattered along the autosalon... but a lot on stage SOMETIME (didnt wait till 6pm for the finals or whatever, not many asians anyway haha) also on stage dancers danced, and weapon x+ken hell performed, hiphop music was played, and they threw out CDs (Ministry of Sound) and water bottles and caps etc. which i didnt get of course lol.

yeah and some people were playing racing games on big screen and so on.
yeah took some pics of cars. saw Shahrez (havent seen him for awhile actually) far away, he didnt see me tho (i think he was at the perth motor show earlier in the year as well), and also bumped into Eunus too. and i think people like Jason Fong and JC was there too, also Andrew and Tiara, and also saw Tom, who i gave my Albert's Car Stereo shop voucher (15% off till 31st July, upto $150 value) to (got them from some random guy giving it out).
also bumped into lisa nguyen (loolisi!) yeah she came with her aussie friend Brent and some asian guy who was also called Vincent, and was looking for another few friends, but those eventually pulled out. but yeah rebumped into loolisi when i was eating food (bought chicken and chips (actually wedge size) and drink (coke) for $10.40). they took a rest because lisa had a headache. then bummed around for awhile, and she gave me her autosalon poster (cos it had some halfnaked chick on it lol), duno why i didnt get one earlier, but i managed to get another one later anyway. then walked around for a bit longer, then left around quarter to 5.
sent the other Vincent to the train station, then sent Brent to his bus. then went with Lisa to Icey Ice... had shared a large coffee ice for $5.90... and yeah she never been there before, so that was the main reason going there
then went timezone, both james's working... saw free credits on the crappy DDR AGAIN like 7 credits, so played one on double LOL. and then saw Justin AGAIN! haha then we hanged round and played a bit more, then played the other DDR as well, then us 3 went to bottom Utopia, where Jus got a lemon something bbt, which he didnt really like he said. then his friend Chris Chin (Chinne?) came (he works at the airport, and was gonna work there that night and timezone as well on monday nights apparently). haha didnt know justin was 22 already (3rd year commerce part-time, for working at BankWest, getting 27ish an hour but extra on weekeneds (1.5))!!!, and chris 23! yeah lisa is in tafe doing teaching and wants to go uni next year, Notre Dame (where more Catholic teaching things are) or Curtin (where more of her friends are). but yeah at autosalon lisa got this balloon flower thingy with the top balloon being a love heart shaped, she kept trying to straighten it lol but it didnt work.
then went to eat dinner, went to look at hawkers, had to waited 15 minutes, which chris originally said okay, but then they changed their mind, and he showed us some other place (it was called Singapore Malay Indian Cuisine, SMIC?, sounds dodgy name lol, and place looks pretty cheap...) indeed it was a stingey place, stuff like briyani and some other stuff was "sold out", so i got a $8.50 combination fish curry (fish in very liquid curry, vegies and a papadam, which i cracked in half shit lol), "today's special", yeah jus and chris got noodle stuff i think, and lisa got mee goreng... yeah the lady who served justin's said that it was a "$4 something" LOL... oh yeah i reused Fitch's Luke's joke, that i was picked up from the reject shop by lisa lol... in fact we were all rejects, since i was bailed out by all my friends, same with lisa, and also justin and chris bailed out by shuda
then went to send lisa to her dad who was picking her up outside old shanghai, her dad sounded pissed LOL, could hear him from some distance away.
anyway chris was still hungry, so went in old shanghai but nth good there, so then went to nandos, where jus got a chicken wrap, and chris got some chicken strips. but i was full so i waited.
then back to timezone, and went in the inside of the staff area for the first time. yeah then chris showed us his Valentino Holidays bus, and took us for a ride to Belmont, where his Dad's office was located, and waited for him to check the bus/trailer and park the bus and swapped to a smaller bus then went back to northbridge. haha 2 black dogs were there, and chris said that before one dog "killed the other", and they surrounded and licked us at first, but behaved later. haha Jus also noticed that chris and his dad were both wearing leather jackets, and similar pants. on the way back wazza messaged me saying he was in the airport, and how he wanted to eat maccas lol (24 hours one at leach hwy or vic park), but he couldnt be stuffed coming to ct for icey ice, but yeah i was full so cbf either haha. also jus asked chris what his bus would turn into (since we were on the topic of Transformers), he replied that it would turn into a giant penis LOL. "with two balloons?" HAHAHAHA
then went icey ice again! got a large fruit basket which was $9.90? chris also got one, and jus got one too but Jumbo size. fruit basket had banana, apple, strawberries and other fruits mixed with ice and chocolate sauce, pretty good. when i finished i noticed mine was all liquidy, but theirs didnt have any. haha some guy had brought his PSP to use their wireless internet. jus was always on his phone (MSN for $5 on a 3 phone, but he also bought internet on it for $5 a month too? and his plan is $190 a month? which would give $1080 value of calls? but even then he uses it up? LOL). also learnt that they always go icey ice, hence knowing the chicks that work there *wink wink*. then we were all perving on the Destination Calabria ("Destination Unknown") music video (by Alex Gaudino featuring Crystal Waters, see http://youtube.com/watch?v=GWu-e6B2AJs. LOL at the chicks nice dancing, and licking of trumpets HOT hahaha) they had on the TV screen (channel v), on that screen they used to have some weird icey ice promo thing which was boring. erm yeah, conclusion: majority of pop techno/dance videos are horny LOL, see that alex gaudino vid, and also vids by armand van helden, uniting nations and eric prydz etc. etc. lol also giving shit about Mika but one of the icey ice chicks was singing to it (the one who served me ages ago and could speak canto mando and english i believed, and chris said that she was "bubbly")
then jus and chris's friend came, his name was Brendan, he dresses in a scarf, and expensive jumper and clothing etc. (apparently cost $300+ each? =S). yeah and he was talking about the heaps of chicks he hooked with, and how he was having sex before =S and also how he was a "druggie" and sold the biggest legal drug in the world, well not really, but the 2nd biggest commodity in the world, and the "opposite" of tea = COFFEE
but yeah then around 11 oclock icey ice was closing so the lady said any last orders, but we didnt have any extra, altho jus got take away! and then chris sent jus home, and brendan went to pick up more chicks probably haha

woke up about 7.15-7.30, got ready for "trial" work at Fitch's Pharmacy (http://fitchspharmacy.com/), wearing a collared long sleeve white shirt and some black pants, and my usual jack's white shoes that i bought about sept. last year (umm hell dirty now, but esp after asia cocktail last year)... i could choose 2 different buses to go, south st buses (880/882/883/884) or 879, both coming every half an hour (but 879 comes in between the south st buses, but is at a stop which is a further walk for me), originally thinking that i would have breakfast at HJs or something, but ended up eating some peanut butter toasted bread, i caught the 8.25AM south st bus
then worked (9am, till quarter past 5 roughly, originally 6 but not much customers that day, mainly due to rain). first my supervisor meaghan lobb got me to stock up different stuff that was missing on shelves, then got me to label different sections of the shop (had to re-label the whole shop because the new labels were more "consistent", with the price first then product name, then barcode, whilst the old labels had some which had different such orders. the new labels also had a slightly bigger font). sections of the shop labelled included creams/lotions, and vitamins (3). also served some customers thru the counter, using the till, and sold some products.
ppl i met included Meaghan (supervising pharmacist), and Luke (Meaghan's little brother, who had worked there for about 2 months he said). also another pharmacist was Hayley, and some asian 2000 hours student who wasn't meant to be working that day rocked up a few times anyway, her name was Brittany? anyway it was useful working that day, learning some stuff about pharmacy operation, and how they counselled patients, Meaghan also encouraged me to engage in conversations with customers and so on, but it was hard since not that many customers came (relatively).
Brittany also gave me some tips, she, and Hayley also tried some eye shadow on (Brittany said she was going to a ball, pharmacy ball maybe?) and asked me (A GUY) for some advice. haha Hayley and Meaghan were also racing to pack/stocktake sunglasses (apparently they have a huge selection, 5000+++), and Hayley won but she said she only won because she had "easy ones to do".
our pharmacy also sold costumes and other stuff which ppl do look at, i guess the other pharmacies dont really have this stuff, it is kinda their specialty haha, for being one of the smallest pharmacies in the city. also Meaghan said to a customer that the sunglasses we sold are from Milan markets, wow.
Meaghan also treated me to some Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (dunno where she got em from) but yeah she gave me one, and also gave me mints.
our pharmacy also sold this mp3 sunglasses, sounds pretty cool, cost $395 haha.
during some period Luke showed me the basement (because one of the label holding strips in front of the products was falling off, hence needed a new one to stick on to hold the labels). (he also showed me the toilet earlier, this was at a higher level, and the lifts and toilet doors etc. also needed special keycard access). during this basement trip, he talked to me and stuff (also talked to me while working of course), he told me that Meaghan was his sister, and Scott (the other pharmacist who worked there on weekdays and answered the phone to me 2 times the day before) was his brother "hence his whole family worked there". also Meaghan mentioned a joke which Scott made for Luke, where Scott picked Luke up from the $2 shop, and he was 50% off LOL
the real manager was Peter, and he said that Scott and Peter had some conflicts? haha and "some ppl thought he was grumpy etc." but he thought he was an alright person i guess. he also told me that the pharmacy, being in the city, there was bound to be a hottie walking around once in awhile (which i didnt really get a chance to see lol), but that there were also rude emos (which i did see) and druggies (who buy syringes) etc. (yes Hayley told me what a fitpack was, it was a syringe pack, but that there was also a fitpack PLUS, which had less syringes but a spoon and other stuff?). yeah Luke left earlier like 4ish to go watch Eagles (his mum also appeared, but didnt talk to her).
also that day i DID NOT expect to see people i knew at work, even tho it was in the city. but i did LOL. first person was Leon (from asia), who randomly walked in haha, he said he was waiting for his friend, and wanted to get another friend a birthday present, and he noticed some magnetic thermometer pen? it was pretty good haha. second was Justin, who was waiting for a friend to go eat Jaws all you can sushi (his friend Shudo? was japanese), and yeah i called him (recognising him from the back, standing outside the pharmacy haha), talked for a bit, then he went off. also saw rachel chih i think walked past
also some random came into the store and gave me a autosalon flyer, and it had $5 off entry!!!
anyway got a short toilet break earlier, and also got a half an hour lunch break (about 12.45pm-1.15pm), in which case i just walked to the double storey KFC/HJs/kebabeque, and bought myself a KFC mashies meal (with a piece of hot n spicy chicken, mashies, gravy and zinger fillet burger).
but yeah work didnt feel that long at all. and Meaghan said she would call me back if they needed me (i had taken over some other girl's job today cos she was away). also took one of their business cards. also noticed that their pharmacy was since 1937, so its about 70 years old! BUT WHO THE HELL IS FITCH? LOL?
then caught the 75 to belz house (from st georges terrace). um yeah she told me to get off at marjorie avenue, but i got off a stop which i could SEE marjorie avenue, which i eventually walked to, but she thought i was at another stop so some misunderstanding =S so she got her dad to pick me up, then we waited for wan tat and amen who drove him here. during the wait, was watching meteor garden =S

long time no see
well today woke up pretty late... like 11ish by nishy's phone call, he asked me about autosalon on sunday (woot someone to go with me)... but yeah its on both sat and sunday this weekend at the perth convention centre, 10am-6pm (see http://www.autosalon.org/), and even my cousin Leo (who's skyline i think will be on display with SAUWA) said that it had more stuff and models on sunday compared to saturday. mum was mopping the floors (normally she does this on wednesdays, but dunno why she did it on today a friday lol)
then at 1ish called the fitch's chemist to see if the woman who served me there last time still wanted me to work on sat 9-6 "trial"... but the pharmacist scott replied and said that she had gone out for 5 minutes and would call me back "ASAP"...
then at 2ish packed my baddy stuff and walked to southlands pizza hut, and met cheech for the first time in awhile (he had just come back from new zealand with his youth group thingy, travelling and transiting with virgin blue) yes he had a blast. i was hungry as i hadnt had lunch so i bought some small nameit burger meal (some burger with tomato cheese and beef and some other sauce shit, and reg chips and reg coke), take away.
then cheng came and took us to baddy at leeming recreation centre, i ate my meal there (court was booked from 2.30-5.30, originally thinking it was only 3-5).
played/waited/alternated for 2.5 hours, with cheng cheech amy eddy and mike.
then just before we left baddy, cheng and me went to get some dominos pizza (got some triple layer pizza which took 15 minutes to make, not bad, 3/4 meatball pizza and 1/4 vegie for amy), just before this i went to check if the leeming soul pattinson pharmacy had vacancies, and they gave the same reply as all the other pharmacies, but i didnt have my resume with me, so maybe ill hand it in later
then me, cheng, eddy and amy went to lok's kitchen in thornlie (some chinese restaurant), near eddy's place. ate braised beef with vegies (my choice), some bean curd tofu dish (cheng's choice), and fried squid (eddy's choice), $12.50 each i think, plus chinese tea ($1 each?) and steamed rice ($6?). well halfway cheng had to take amy home because she had to go to temple. and me and eddy finished our meal, left some for cheng, who came back after half an hour... well they charged amy for eating rice as well even tho she didnt =S in the end we were full, and didnt eat "fried ice cream", even tho eddy suggested it before
then took eddy home (eddy coming to baddy next tuesday! but not john hang who went to melbourne for cs tournament, nor uwa ppl (their uni already started)) then i went home, still without a reply from the pharmacy
so i called them and scott answered again, realising that she "didn't reply me"... and got her straight away, and she apologised... and said it was still on, and i should wear a white shirt and trousers
ok then did some weird shit with webct. PHARM PRAC 122 BACK ON MY LIST WTF. ALSO I COULD ADD ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS 100 (last year i could also "add" WASM geological concepts or some shit). KEEGAN SAID HE COULD ACCESS PHARM CHEM 202 as well, BUT I COULDN'T (same stuff but diff design? =S). but i changed the URL and i could access Pharmaceutics 202 (not listed), which had EXACTLY the same stuff as 201 but it said 202, and the discussion board was empty (btw for your information i posted some random post on any empty discussion boards =P) ALSO ASKED KENNY IF HE COULD ACCESS PHARM PRAC 122 BUT ONLY HIS 1st SEM UNITS WERE UP

then at 2ish packed my baddy stuff and walked to southlands pizza hut, and met cheech for the first time in awhile (he had just come back from new zealand with his youth group thingy, travelling and transiting with virgin blue) yes he had a blast. i was hungry as i hadnt had lunch so i bought some small nameit burger meal (some burger with tomato cheese and beef and some other sauce shit, and reg chips and reg coke), take away.
then cheng came and took us to baddy at leeming recreation centre, i ate my meal there (court was booked from 2.30-5.30, originally thinking it was only 3-5).
played/waited/alternated for 2.5 hours, with cheng cheech amy eddy and mike.
then just before we left baddy, cheng and me went to get some dominos pizza (got some triple layer pizza which took 15 minutes to make, not bad, 3/4 meatball pizza and 1/4 vegie for amy), just before this i went to check if the leeming soul pattinson pharmacy had vacancies, and they gave the same reply as all the other pharmacies, but i didnt have my resume with me, so maybe ill hand it in later
then me, cheng, eddy and amy went to lok's kitchen in thornlie (some chinese restaurant), near eddy's place. ate braised beef with vegies (my choice), some bean curd tofu dish (cheng's choice), and fried squid (eddy's choice), $12.50 each i think, plus chinese tea ($1 each?) and steamed rice ($6?). well halfway cheng had to take amy home because she had to go to temple. and me and eddy finished our meal, left some for cheng, who came back after half an hour... well they charged amy for eating rice as well even tho she didnt =S in the end we were full, and didnt eat "fried ice cream", even tho eddy suggested it before
then took eddy home (eddy coming to baddy next tuesday! but not john hang who went to melbourne for cs tournament, nor uwa ppl (their uni already started)) then i went home, still without a reply from the pharmacy
so i called them and scott answered again, realising that she "didn't reply me"... and got her straight away, and she apologised... and said it was still on, and i should wear a white shirt and trousers
ok then did some weird shit with webct. PHARM PRAC 122 BACK ON MY LIST WTF. ALSO I COULD ADD ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS 100 (last year i could also "add" WASM geological concepts or some shit). KEEGAN SAID HE COULD ACCESS PHARM CHEM 202 as well, BUT I COULDN'T (same stuff but diff design? =S). but i changed the URL and i could access Pharmaceutics 202 (not listed), which had EXACTLY the same stuff as 201 but it said 202, and the discussion board was empty (btw for your information i posted some random post on any empty discussion boards =P) ALSO ASKED KENNY IF HE COULD ACCESS PHARM PRAC 122 BUT ONLY HIS 1st SEM UNITS WERE UP

gloomy
wow what a gloomy day cloud and rain ALL day
woke up 9amish. had driving lesson at 9.30am... parking is improving!
then afterwards stayed at home for a bit... till about 12:31pm caught the south st bus to the ct
went to HJs... and originally decided to use the $10 voucher my mum gave me, but redecided that it expired march next year, so better to use the mail vouchers. so used a 2 bacon deluxe burger voucher + a junior whopper voucher with reg fries and reg coke. ate everything, except one of the bacon deluxes, which i saved up for later. after being served by some asian person (korean i think?), i asked them if i could get one of those AFL footy scratchies (only for a whopper "variety" meal, in this case i got a jnr whopper meal), but she replied: "no sorry, only with water"... i'm like what... then i figured she was saying voucher, but i sounded like "water" or "wacher" or something weird haha. dam
then went to althea's pharmacy (amcal) next to myer, she wasn't working there at the time. and the indian pharmacist said no vacancies.
then went to myer and finished myer black credit card application which didnt finish last time cos didnt have enough ID. this time brought my HSBC bank statement. no one was serving at those seats, so i had to go elsewhere and "call" someone to go there, lol.
then went to look for more pharmacies. another pharmacy, on hay st... (craven's pharmacy i think? across from cinema city). and the trainee pharmacist didn't know what 500 hr positions were, so referred to the main pharmacist
then went to the "actual" train station one, next to angus and robertson and puffin fresh etc etc. first asked some person at the combined newsagent counter, and they didnt know what was 500 hr position, then referred to the azn pharmacist, who said that 2 ppl were leaving in august, and they might call me, and also she was the first to suggest me to keep looking elsewhere haha. she also noted that my resume was wet =S maybe from the water bottle i was carrying but definitely not from the rain. yeah dropped my resume here.
then went to timezone... kristy and james (becky's ex) and played some initial d, i played on the one on the left with the dodgy wheel, but he let me win haha. then played some ddr (2 emo/goth looking white guys left 3 credits on there. kristy also said that when dim plays (for about an hr every time) he leaves some credits for her too)... and some ppl watched me and suggested songs (kristy's friends? well she knows too many ppl haha). ken was working at the time, then tz james (jimmy the hand) also came.
the "big" guy (boss?) from emperors court also came (he goes there like every day, every1 says it and it seems true, he only plays the skill testers, but he's pro LOL that's for sure), and kristy asked him to get a toy for her, and he managed to get one and gave it to her (it was some soft toy whale, blue colour). (i even tried once but failed) other colours were also there (2 aqua blue and one pink), but she really wanted the aqua blue, and later on when she asked ken, he swapped it for her (she noted that she had put make up on the normal blue one haha). the james guy went somewhere else, to find her sister.
then noticed tony lean and alvin and their friend, they were alternating turns in playing that hardcore car game (not max tune or initial d or mario kart or daytona, but battle gear 3 i think?) but yeah tony asked me how my results went, and answered him, he replied that he got supplementary exams for both units... CRAZY I WOULD'VE CONSIDERED QUITTING PHARMACY IF THAT HAPPENED TO ME LOL. anyway he said he had finished the biochem exam (which agreed with alfred that it was harder than the original exam). but micro was tmr, and i was like wth u doing here LOL, and he was like i'm taking a break, not blaming him of course, pharmacy is a motherfuckerstresser!
anyway kristy kept saying she was tired and wanted to go home to sleep (she was also out the day and night before at timezone, night due to work meeting?). but it was raining so she couldnt really get anywhere, so we went to the other side (entrance) of tz and played percussion master drum game on hard... zzz played some random songs.
then finished and noticed that the tekken game on arcade had a free credit, so played that, and chose the chick (didn't notice her name was christie LOL). but died pretty fast.
THEN noticed that the tennis game had like free credits on it too (infact 8 credits wtf...) so me kristy played doubles on that (i chose good ol' lleyton hewitt, and she chose some random german guy), and we used 6 credits but we won (1.4 million bucks apparently haha), so unrealistic that we could beat federer etc. left 2 free credits there.
then went outside, to convenience store to find james and his sister. then went and had waffles with them, and then waited for blue CAT bus (just missed it so had to wait another 12 minutes). during this time, saw richard (lisa's brother) and his friend, who said they just went to play ddr too.
then got on CAT bus, about 10 past 5, but decided even then she couldnt be stuffed walking to her other CAT bus stop, so we took a round trip (nearly) on the blue CAT (back to the other side of the train station), it took nearly half an hour. so yeah talked random stuff, and noticed another pharmacy/chemist on mounts bay rd, but a bit too far to walk i think
then sent her off to her bus stop... and i walked to that big bowl china noodle place to wait for my paros and have dinner. i just got there on time, and my dad was trying to parallel park but he kept going up the "smooth kerb" with the CRV, in the end sorta gave up haha, wasnt perfectly straight but yeah oh well and least it didnt take 2 spots or anything like some ridiculous ppl
ordered 3 noodles (but i was semi-hungry, having the waffles before, and just having the left over HJs burger just now). apparently ordered 2 noodles there, but they saw 3 of us, and didnt allow us to get bowls to "share" wtf. anyway we bought another set of noodles, happy? (wonton soup noodles, beef cheese noodles? and some other pork vegie soup one).
then on the way home... (it was 7.30ish), amen called saying that i should come over now (said to play mahjong from 8pm-12am). we were discussing how to get home (because apparently some P-plater curfew after 12? =S)
anyway got there, and yeah talked and stuff then (wan tat was already there). then later on gary came, and belz, then gary's friend calvin. gary and calvin smoked heaps outside, and gary talked on the phone heaps too, and he forced us to be silent during that period lol (we alternated turns to play). wan tat and amen played some of belz ds too and got tired. won some lost some of course, lost less than last time haha, and gary/calv was pissed because one of the others kept intercepting their wins lol.
ate food like amens HK DISNEYLAND choc biscuits, which came in a tin box (expiring 25 july, which was 6 days away! and she bought it from hk like early in the year january lol..., and another smaller box of those had an expiry date of 13/7 =S) and some korean chippy things, and amen also said she had lots of green tea in a box, they looked dusty, and we were trying hard to find the expiry date, but eventually found it on the side of the bottle after hard looking, finding it to be expiring in 2008 so it was ok.
played nearly 4 rounds. gary and calv also went by taxi to karaoke after (somewhere in ct, prob hits studio, which belz said there was less chinese songs compared to utopia, but she never been there b4 lol). me and tatz got home from a ride with bel and her bro

boringest day in awhile
yeah today another home day
woke up a few times cos someone was calling home to my mum
then i woke up at around 12ish when my mum left
lunch i just cooked and egg, mixed it with pepper and soy sauce... also had some random brand 2 minute instant noodles, and some john west salsa tomato tuna can (their cracked pepper lemon flavour is better... anyway each time i eat tuna i'm reminded of the john west+bear ad hahaha http://youtube.com/watch?v=7_VlVckrUgY) also watched some random shows on satellite tv... the old school soccer anime i watched when i was little and some old canto dramas yeah nothing special...
but yeah got so bored i even napped for awhile at 4-5ish...
was originally going to jaws or somewhere to have sushi for jacky (my older cousin)'s birthday celebration for his birthday a week ago, but for some reason he said that there might have been something wrong his results, and he might have failed... so yeah
watched news at 6pm... chris connolly resigned... go eagles hahaha, anyway ate an apple
um yeah then looked at and uploaded some camp photos. quite funny haha hell poser some of them (finally uploaded them cos finally got em off wan tat!)... anyway they are on friendster and myspace now.
i had dinner late... some rice with soy sauce (yum, can't u see i love soy sauce hahaha) and chicken wings... and some vegie soup mix with those pork meat balls.
then had watermelon.
oh shit haven't started studying yet! (but neither has any1 else i asked lol)
another thing to note... my body is quite sore, but at this rate will probably recover by tomoro or next 2 days.

soreness
okay time to cover 2 days of material again:
16/7/07:
yesterday woke up at 10ish? cos hsian smsed me to say she was heading off to ci. lol, then i think i went back to sleep or something and my uncle called the house to find my mum, hence woke me up again
yeah then went to wan tat's house, took awhile for him to get ready, and he wanted to show me maple story lol.
then went with him to carousel to get a baddy racquet (mine was a wilson titanium smash one, cost $29.99 at rebel sport), but first went to eat at food court (japanese shop called nagano sushi), i ate chicken curry, while wan tat ate oyako don, and we also both bought a we both bought a chicken "roll" and prawn "roll", shared it, tasted pretty good, (chicken one was better), i think it cost $4.50, but for only 2 rolls each in each box, probably not worth the price.
then went to curtin gym. on the way, we discussed about the type of ppl that would come back to uni (including nerds, ppl dumb enuf to get a supp, ppl who live here, PPL WHO WANTED TO START A GUN ATTACK etc. etc.). also dropped by the pharmacy plus pharmacy to ask about vacancies, which they didnt have, but the azn boss said that if a casual spot is wanted, dont apply there cos its quite quiet =S (they were also playing some weird ass mediation like music there lol). also saw felix, who was doing some dance practice somewhere.
then gym took about 2 hours. saw nam there working out. heard some white guys, swearing heaps, and wan tat said apparently they were also being racist to another azn guy who apparently didnt work one of the machines properly. afterwards bought a musashi shake ($3.10 each), i got a choc one, wan tat got a vanilla one.
then went to pizza hut, my dad had ordered a supreme pizza and chicken/bacon cheese burger pizzas. saw cheng there, and wan tat said that simon guy was there too. also went next door to see if fi was working at the fish and chips shop, but she wasnt. foo win was also closed.
then went back to my place to eat. also had an apple and lettuce.
then went to wan tat's house to sleep, with him telling me heaps about maple story
17/7/07:
today, woke up at like 9. picked up amy from bus stop, then went back to my house to get a jacket (and also gave amy a brunch bar and up-n-go drink), then went back to wan tat's. then cheng came. then we had mini-breakfast (some panned butter+bread, and egg, but mine was done "chinese style" as demonstrated by cheng, mixing the egg and salt first before frying)
then went to baddy at george burnett centre on manning road. saw mainly pharmacy ppl: john, ryan, janice, jeff, althea and jane (from physio). cousin amen also wanted to go before, but then pulled out. but yeah, everybody was good at the sport. but the courts costed $13 total i think, so it was $5.20, more than the $4.80 each they expected.
then went to this chinese restaurant suggested by althea in vic park, on albany highway... called HAPPY MEALS (she said happy meal, so we thought it was like maccas happy meal where thye had toys!!! unfortunately this was not to be LOL). (on the way wan tat was sitting in the front, and changed the cd to some pop music cd from like 2 years ago, and played Missy Elliot featuring Ciara's Lose Control. and turned up the music hell loud until some surrounding ppl stared at us hahaha)
so yeah i ordered a satay chicken rice, and happy meals fried rice (special version = added bbq pork). both costed $5.80, but bbq pork special added extra cost to the fried rice. wan tat had hainese chicken rice, cheng had some dumpling noodle soup, amy had some vegie noodle thing, and rest had some rice. also ordered water WHICH HAD TO BE BOTTLED MT FRANKLIN, so 1.5L costed $2 (600ml cost $1). at the end they wanted to charge extra, because althea also brought her own mt franklin water, but they didnt know until we told them.
then headed to chengs house (cheng me wan tat and amy). but on the way we were bored, and did the loud music thing again, and even recorded some on video! one was really bad, like i was holding my water bottle out of the window, and some guy with sunnies stared at me for at least 5 seconds LOL
then at chengs house we did random stuff, saw cheng demonstrate his chinese strategy game, it was pretty interesting, and "it was like chess". also played drifting games etc. on NFSU2, his speakers with good sound FX. then sat outside and watched his satellite TV for awhile (his satellite dish is HUGE ASS. of note was some chinese show which according to cheng was quite low budget (getting randoms from unis and the show was quite popular, but no1 understood when brought to taiwan?). anyway didnt understand much of it but one part was about the characters being scared of a dog, and trying random ways to get rid of it...)... after watching the show... some bald hair ad stayed on for like 10 minutes... repetitive lol...
then went back to wan tat's house at about 5.30pm, while the other 2 went to get pizza at pizza hut (amy said she also had to go for this library meeting for her pharmacy at 6.30pm). cheng came back later with the leftovers of the pizza, and i ate a piece.
then at 7.00pm i packed my stuff and went home, and had pizza left overs from the night before... and also some lettuce, and 2 pieces of lamb chops...
anyway quite sore now from gym yesterday and baddy today!!!

then gym took about 2 hours. saw nam there working out. heard some white guys, swearing heaps, and wan tat said apparently they were also being racist to another azn guy who apparently didnt work one of the machines properly. afterwards bought a musashi shake ($3.10 each), i got a choc one, wan tat got a vanilla one.
then went to pizza hut, my dad had ordered a supreme pizza and chicken/bacon cheese burger pizzas. saw cheng there, and wan tat said that simon guy was there too. also went next door to see if fi was working at the fish and chips shop, but she wasnt. foo win was also closed.
then went back to my place to eat. also had an apple and lettuce.
then went to wan tat's house to sleep, with him telling me heaps about maple story
17/7/07:
today, woke up at like 9. picked up amy from bus stop, then went back to my house to get a jacket (and also gave amy a brunch bar and up-n-go drink), then went back to wan tat's. then cheng came. then we had mini-breakfast (some panned butter+bread, and egg, but mine was done "chinese style" as demonstrated by cheng, mixing the egg and salt first before frying)
then went to baddy at george burnett centre on manning road. saw mainly pharmacy ppl: john, ryan, janice, jeff, althea and jane (from physio). cousin amen also wanted to go before, but then pulled out. but yeah, everybody was good at the sport. but the courts costed $13 total i think, so it was $5.20, more than the $4.80 each they expected.
then went to this chinese restaurant suggested by althea in vic park, on albany highway... called HAPPY MEALS (she said happy meal, so we thought it was like maccas happy meal where thye had toys!!! unfortunately this was not to be LOL). (on the way wan tat was sitting in the front, and changed the cd to some pop music cd from like 2 years ago, and played Missy Elliot featuring Ciara's Lose Control. and turned up the music hell loud until some surrounding ppl stared at us hahaha)
so yeah i ordered a satay chicken rice, and happy meals fried rice (special version = added bbq pork). both costed $5.80, but bbq pork special added extra cost to the fried rice. wan tat had hainese chicken rice, cheng had some dumpling noodle soup, amy had some vegie noodle thing, and rest had some rice. also ordered water WHICH HAD TO BE BOTTLED MT FRANKLIN, so 1.5L costed $2 (600ml cost $1). at the end they wanted to charge extra, because althea also brought her own mt franklin water, but they didnt know until we told them.
then headed to chengs house (cheng me wan tat and amy). but on the way we were bored, and did the loud music thing again, and even recorded some on video! one was really bad, like i was holding my water bottle out of the window, and some guy with sunnies stared at me for at least 5 seconds LOL
then at chengs house we did random stuff, saw cheng demonstrate his chinese strategy game, it was pretty interesting, and "it was like chess". also played drifting games etc. on NFSU2, his speakers with good sound FX. then sat outside and watched his satellite TV for awhile (his satellite dish is HUGE ASS. of note was some chinese show which according to cheng was quite low budget (getting randoms from unis and the show was quite popular, but no1 understood when brought to taiwan?). anyway didnt understand much of it but one part was about the characters being scared of a dog, and trying random ways to get rid of it...)... after watching the show... some bald hair ad stayed on for like 10 minutes... repetitive lol...
then went back to wan tat's house at about 5.30pm, while the other 2 went to get pizza at pizza hut (amy said she also had to go for this library meeting for her pharmacy at 6.30pm). cheng came back later with the leftovers of the pizza, and i ate a piece.
then at 7.00pm i packed my stuff and went home, and had pizza left overs from the night before... and also some lettuce, and 2 pieces of lamb chops...
anyway quite sore now from gym yesterday and baddy today!!!

dragging on
not a big day, but woke up 12 noonish...
went to freo kailis bros to have fish and chips... had a grilled fish (with salad), paros bought garlic bread and seafood chowder and traditional fish and chips (smaller than they used to be a few years back).
saw amen and paros. amen told me how they all got drunk at louisa's the night before LOL. but yeah she brought her own mayo and tartare sauces to dip. i borrowed some mayo as well (as they are stingey and didn't give us any sauces). they also gave me their left over chips which not even i ended up finishing. drank some asian tea drink.
also saw polly (my older cousin who had finished pharmacy in uni a few years back) and her husband jeremy (they got married last year), and his paros.
also saw jess from foo win.
went to get the car, dad told us some guy gave a ticket to us for free (lasted till 4.40pm, but even we left at 2.30pm, so we gave to other randoms for free as well). i remember in northbridge previously, the $9 for all nighter parking, ppl did this as well, or at least charged cheaper (say $5)
then went home... listening to a bit of nova countdown. and they were promoting this band called "Operator Please", apparently this all aussie teenager band with this song called "Just A Song About Ping Pong" which had been viewed 600000 times, nth much special really, see http://youtube.com/watch?v=qmHqsSblXg0 but yeah when i got home it was quite BORING. was cold and shit i always put on heater at max. consciously napped for awhile, and discussed with wantat about driving. wantat also has some XANGA virus which i near fell for, it comes in the email, first one was in chinese, saying it was his first postcard, but linked to a file which had a dodgy site domain. then later on more emails came (both my emails), and it said he was a school girl, so obviously it wasn't him.
had an apple. then watched seven news at 6pm. nothing special tonight. but some thai airlines flight had someone with polio? and about half the crew had gotten a booster injection for polio.
at night went to the last drop brewery (in canning vale, near willow pond ramon's restaurant which we had been to before) to have dinner (entertainment values book has a voucher for that place). mum drove on the wrong side of the road to get there lol, i agree it was confusing getting in tho in the dark.
anyway had a farmyard catch for dinner, and mum had salmon and dad had lamb. entree was chilli mussels (which were quite small in size, but enough of them, it also had a single piece of garlic bread on top), and garlic bread (4 pieces) again
my dish had 4 prawns, and a chicken breast (quite small), and a salad bowl.
they had channel [v]2 playing there, ur usual music vids... and some ads (some stupid phone ad, selling dog "licking" animations... those things are the biggest ripoffs ever, like $6.60 at least =S)
paros were making fun of the sign "wait staff only", what does than mean, a place to wait for the staff?

dim sum 4 lyfe!!!
began the day waking up around 8ish... i was sorta awaken already duno why... had slept at 3am in the morning, talking about "important" stuff... but anyway my dad tried to wake me up to go to the post office to help them (which i guess helped a lot), due to my cousin jacky feeling headaches hence pulling a sickie... =S yeah my paros giving him lots of shit haha, like it wouldnt be tolerable out in the real world with other employers bla bla bla (especially cos we had an employee that always got "migraines".)
anyway worked from 9am-12pm noon. only had a glass of milk and water during this time. during some time my dad told me to get some stuff from his car, so i walked out of the PO, and saw my uncle por (eddie) who visited at this time, and when he left... someone allegedly bumped into his car (both were reversing out of their respective parking spots), but my uncle was already "in position" and didnt see the other car, who bumped into him... hence their car had more damage than my uncle's car, and they were in the wrong. also wan tat visited to get his photo taken etc. to get his proof of age card... he said he was going swimming at riverton around this time.
after that went home to pack some stuff, then went to eat at tea cafe in northbridge. ate a bbq pork won ton noodles ($12.50, pretty expensive...)
then went off to different pharmacies in the city:

at fitch's chemist, the lady asked me a lot of questions about my past experience, whether i could communicate well with customers, and any problems with retail (to sell sunglasses) etc. she also said that i could come in and work next saturday from 9am-6pm, as a trial cos one of their girls were away... and if i worked well = job, if not = no job... still considering this... their pharmacy seems quite small, duno ahha didnt see any azns in there... but she asked me if i knew "kevin", and turned out kevin tay works there.

then went to harbourtown pharmacy outlet, in which the lady gave me a card and told me to ring them back on monday afternoon. the card also had opening hours, in which it said on sunday they opened from 12am-6pm (18 hours??? i dont think so LOL, which reminds me, on the pharmacy website, they said second year orientation was 1.30am to 5 pm SIF!!!). my paros had trouble finding parking here, and wanted to go to harvey norman first, but there was no way there because it lead directly to the freeway! so they went straight ahead to this no thru road and waited for me =S
then went to my uncles house... sat around for a bit, saw my aunty anita and cousin eric, watched some footy (eagles got whooped by port adelaide 91 points =( )... then we went in my uncles car (which used to be ours, toyota seca, no. plate VVV-200, V for Vincent, Victor and Vivien, our family lol =( ) to carousel to drop me off, while dad and por went to the police station to report the crash.
then went to carousel pharmacies:
chemist megamart - looks new, and situated outside the shopping centre (met the same lady 2 days ago, pharmacist jodie duong haha. some guy in there seems to have recognised me, and then he intro'd me, his name paul i think)

WW, this store was all purple haha, saw the garbo one b4... anyway some indian? lady talked to me, and asked me about whether i could do the hours now full time (unlikely), or do casual first and wait till summer hols around december b4 starting... asked me whether i would go overseas, as need to "arrange with the council" when to the full time... somewhat helpful. and she said she would forward to the pharmacist, and told me that casuals work thurs nites and sat mornings...
and at guardian... the chick who served me suddenly said "have i seen you somewhere before" in which i didnt really recognise her, then she told me she saw me at high road pharmacy last week... and then she said she was doing rotation (hence diff pharm locations). and she would hand my resume to pharmacist also
also saw nick at coffee club again, but he seemed hell busy so didnt bother him.
then waited outside caro till 5.30pm, and they picked me up.
went to co-pharmacy (101 norma road, where jamie and janice works, called jamie b4 she said she was working till 8)... haha didnt look like a normal pharmacy at all, couldnt even see the name. anyway it seemed to be closed, and some indian guy with glasses came out (turned out that he was the supervisor of j&j), and i asked him if it was still open, and he replied "not to the public", but offered to hand in my resume to the boss for me... (apparently j&j said that he was a smoker), so yeah didnt bother to go in.
then went home for a short while, and bused to city...

then went to timezone, saw "jimmy the hand" playing mario kart... then i played 2 "free" credits of pinball, then i played mario kart (now on to the special 6 cups, before it was only 4 cups) too, and some max tune.
then at about 8 went to emperors court, to see matt and annita and steph and zahin all dressed up and waiting. dim came soon enough, and then the others slowly flocked in
our table had steph, zahin, me, janice, jamie, lisa, keegan, annita, paul and matt... but rob and chermaine? and jonni also joined for a bit... yeah there were lots of ppl filled in that reserved room (his other friends , which had ancient chinese chick art on it LOL, and some stephen chow movie played on the movie screen for about 3 times ahha (first time had english subtitles tho =S). matt also tried to setup the ipod music to amplifier, but wasnt very loud...
SO YEAH... just had a great time, had lots of DIMSUM for dinner (which surely will never happen again in my lifetime =P), not even in hong kong will it happen. yes usual dimsum dishes came, har gau, siu mai, fried squid, lor mai gai, char siu bao, char ciu and prawn cheung fun, seaweed roll, foong jau ETC. 3 rounds of it!!! hell full, needed 4 containers to da bau the remaining lol. drinks = fanta and coke and water (mt franklin + frantelle? =S). i suggested having spider, but keegan thought it was mix of softdrinks, but its acutally mix soft drink + ice cream, and then keegan asked what was mix of fanta and coke, to which rob replied "shit" LOL.
ALSO saw the manager of emperors court, the big guy... who always goes into timezone to play the skill tester machine, we thought he gets em for his kids... and yeah he must be rich. even jamie recognised him and she never goes into timezone!
also jamie said she left the card at work =S hadnt signed it yet, but apparently we were all assigned animals "i was a hippo" =D

it's not over yet.
woke up 10ish in the morning, and got ready for my driving lesson with jack for 1 hour (about 10.50-11.50). finally getting the hang of "finding an address" and "left something behind"... altho he said i was still a bit hesitant and needed to be more confident, and he also said i was getting to be one of his senior members arrghhh
then went home, and looked up bus timetables to get to caro for harry potter's 5th movie at 1.30pm. i had 2 options... take 879 (the stop is about 10 minutes away by walking from my house, faster if powerwalk/running of course) at 12.31, and this would take about 23 minutes to get there?... or take 883 (the stop is 2 minutes away from my house), but it takes 49 minutes to get to caro... but i was like couldnt be stuffed walking to 879 stop, so i caught 883
then reached livingston... saw nish RUNNING LIKE HELL to the stop LOL. well he did JUST make it, otherwise i wouldve shouted to the bus driver to wait 5 seconds LOL
then reached caro after a long while... and john vinh, carrie and lily were already waiting in the ticket line... we thought that there would be HEAPS of little kids watching today... which there were quite a few of course, but it wasnt packed (well there was one HP session every hour, so hardly surprising). used my entertainment values vouchers for hoyts (2 tickets for $20, a saving of $2 for 2 of the tickets, cos it would normally be $12 for student price). we originally thought that it wouldnt work as it said no free or discount offers =S nish also tried to use his SDA union card to get buy 1 get 1 free, but it didnt work (so he said hes gonna cancel it tmr hahaha). then some lady thought i was pushing in =S so i went to the other line. john also noticed that in the notice that they said they had no free or discount offers for harry potter, the order of the phoenix was spelt: pheonix LOL
then nish went away to coles (we thought he was getting food, as me and him didnt have much to eat in the morning, nothing at all in my case... but in fact he just got a bottle of water when he couldve got it from the vending machine for $2.20 =S=S=S, yeah carrie and lily went in to save seats... me and john were like waiting for him, and the carrie called saying the line was really long! but in fact it wasnt packed... lucky hahahaha)
then went in cinemas... and lily went to get popcorn, and snakes (which felt hard and sticky, expired? lol) and john provided some pods... and trailers took ages with extra ads in the beginning cos its harry potter hence more ppl watch hence more effective marketing strategy =S and mish and benny came to cinemas as well after. haha i finished like half the popcorn... and after the movies 1/4 of it was left sigh...

then the 3 of us went back up to leisure island... said hi to eunus... and he gave us 7 free tokens WOOT. so the 3 of us played daytona USA 2... and i won, followed by carrie followed by john (he said his gearing or something was stuffed lol). the game took 2 tokens each, so one token left! then went to have a look at other games... the stacker game, john told me that once u reach the top, apparently only 1/200 chance that the light thingy moves IN TIME, so that u can win the major prize (they had 2 such machines, the bigger one had canon digital camera and wii prizes!!! the smaller one was like timezones one tho and crappier prizes of course). he said he knew this because he saw one of the guys had such a manual... so actually IMPOSSIBLE to win 199/200 of the time? such a rip ay, but yeah i knew that the last one would skip, but didnt know such a probability hahaha. then saw a gun game which took 2 tokens normally, but seemingly had 1 token inserted already! so tried to play that game, but the coin just kept coming back out =(
then yee yang came and i told her to put the last token in the token gambling machine (you know, those which have heaps of tokens in it, and u insert one to see if it would push any more out). unfortunately not, haha. also dared john to put a 10c coin or whatever in it, but that didnt happen. then 11 tickets came out haha, and put it in the ticket machine to get a receipt. then got a 3 ticket blue lolly strip thing (i ate), a 3 ticket red lolly strip (yy ate) and a 5 ticket guppy burger thing (i ate).
and then we caught a bus to cannington train station. john said it was too late, so he didnt get on the train... so the rest of us went to city by train (armadale train which stops at all stations, not thornlie =.=)
then walked around shops and stuff for awhile, cos we werent THAT hungry. first went to myer, me and yy tried to sign up for the myer black credit card, the lady said we needed some id, but didnt tell us we needed something with an address on it, so we filled it out only to find out we couldnt be approved =.=
then went to chia lins shop... yy wanted some keychain thingy had seoul cafe for dinner (asia discount there! 10%), but we were deciding where to eat before... our other choice was the pancake place across from priceline, but we originally decided that we would have that for dessert, even tho yy said the savoury ones were better =S (in fact both savoury and dessert pancakes were ALL at least $10+++, so didnt end up going there. ahha even more expensive than CREPES). so yeah ate bi bim bap (beef, $8 -> $7.20), carrie ate cripsy chicken and yy ate chicken wing set, we shared... mmm pretty nice, except mine could have been TEMPERATURE HOTTER, carries one was just right in temperature (nice and hot)... she thought it was filling but i wasnt filled that much haha. then messed around with yy with bluetooth lol, she sent me this flower pic, which looked pretty PROFESSIONAL, but she said she only took it with her mobile camera! wow

then went home, and looked up bus timetables to get to caro for harry potter's 5th movie at 1.30pm. i had 2 options... take 879 (the stop is about 10 minutes away by walking from my house, faster if powerwalk/running of course) at 12.31, and this would take about 23 minutes to get there?... or take 883 (the stop is 2 minutes away from my house), but it takes 49 minutes to get to caro... but i was like couldnt be stuffed walking to 879 stop, so i caught 883
then reached livingston... saw nish RUNNING LIKE HELL to the stop LOL. well he did JUST make it, otherwise i wouldve shouted to the bus driver to wait 5 seconds LOL
then reached caro after a long while... and john vinh, carrie and lily were already waiting in the ticket line... we thought that there would be HEAPS of little kids watching today... which there were quite a few of course, but it wasnt packed (well there was one HP session every hour, so hardly surprising). used my entertainment values vouchers for hoyts (2 tickets for $20, a saving of $2 for 2 of the tickets, cos it would normally be $12 for student price). we originally thought that it wouldnt work as it said no free or discount offers =S nish also tried to use his SDA union card to get buy 1 get 1 free, but it didnt work (so he said hes gonna cancel it tmr hahaha). then some lady thought i was pushing in =S so i went to the other line. john also noticed that in the notice that they said they had no free or discount offers for harry potter, the order of the phoenix was spelt: pheonix LOL
then nish went away to coles (we thought he was getting food, as me and him didnt have much to eat in the morning, nothing at all in my case... but in fact he just got a bottle of water when he couldve got it from the vending machine for $2.20 =S=S=S, yeah carrie and lily went in to save seats... me and john were like waiting for him, and the carrie called saying the line was really long! but in fact it wasnt packed... lucky hahahaha)

sorta tired... but putting my best effort to write this ^^

well i began today waking up with the sound of msn noises again... =S it was nish... then when i went to reply he sent me an sms... haha wasted 25c or whatever... it was about he was gonna miss the bus we organised to catch last nite (11am-ish) to 15 minutes later... because he needed to iron LOL
so yeah packed and got on bus, chatted with him and stuff... then got to the city, ate hungry jacks (double storey one). lily arrived at utopia around now, and told her to wait there. met carrie there, used nish's vouchers: we both shared a 2 whopper voucher, and used a whopper junior/reg chips/reg coke voucher each... the person nish ordered from "forgot" whether he served him or not, and was confused whether to give him a afl competition scratchie or not... yes he was asian HAHAHA, and nish commented that he had a goldfish's span of memory =P filled us up pretty good. later john vinh joined us... also saw liah, donna, and donna's uni friend yi lin. yes we organised today purely to hang out (originally it was to see harry potter, but carrie had to go to her citizenship ceremony later in the night, so we might be seeing it tmr).
we finished lunch, and lily was walking around city, so we told her to go to HJs, turned out that she went to the other one on hay st (near gelare/orbit) (theres 3 in city at least, those 2 and also the carillon city one). yeah so told her to meet at city beach, and carrie went to look for her INSIDE (even went upstairs), but it turned out she was having boost juice... and she appeared. also saw la'belle with her friends... wanting me to go to louisa's house to party on sat.
then we went to myer (on the way saw scarlet with some friends, they were going to see harry potter at 12.30pm at cinema city, the time we originally planned to see!). went to the bottom floor, and lily signed up for this black myer credit card thing. HAHA so funny. no one was serving there, so nish "pretended" to be to service person and grabbed one of the forms, and tried to help her fill it out... pencilled $1000000 credit limit LOL. then the lady (who was indian i think), came and she was jokingly pissed at nish ahha, and then lily filled in the form, which took a long while, with her guiding thru the steps, she "assumed" that lily was single/widowed without even asking HAHAHA. wtf why do you need a driver's licence for this =S anyway this card is different to the myer one card. it gives extra discounts, and a $20 gift voucher in the mail! and also if signed up for a myer one card, some fashion magazine worth $5.95 was given for free (unfair i didnt get one when i signed up for myer one!). the indian lady (Aman) also asked what course we were doing etc and which uni we went to, and mentioned that her son recently finished a commerce degree bla bla bla.
also saw caroline and laura shopping. and after this time, all the 1st year pharmacy ppl (lisa, jamie, siong, kenny and kevin) and matt lim met us there, then we kinda separated. then me nish and john went to the top floor to look for psp/ds etc (saw yumiko there, she was wearing glasses! and said she was on a break from her accounting firm i think), and then lily and carrie joined. and we waited for lily's sister jamie.
then we went to the toy section and messed around, giving nish crap about playing with the cubby house =P
then went to icey ice... got a large mango yakult chiller $5.50... carrie wanted a penguin so bad haha but they had stopped giving them away (except some on display). they also had samples of the new ones they were giving away (in september apparently). 4 colours also (purple, light and dark blue, and pink!). during this time, becky and kristy came and met up. also saw that chick who served me sometime ago, who kristy hated cos she originally accused her of taking her place (she used to work more than one day a week, now only working one day a week). but now her reply was "it's good to make friends with your enemies" hahaha. ERRR AND SHE ALSO THOUGHT FTW = FOR THE WIFE (referring to her and lisa), cos i had that as my display on friendster with flowers ftw!!! lol funny

ARGH the left mat is still not fixed properly! (even tho the surface panel has been replaced =S) yeah me played lots of ddr basically (nish played other stuff). after one game on the supernova, swapped over to the better machine, saw will there, and alternated games with will and kristy. even tried double (yes u need 2 credits for it)! its hardcore, like u cant grab on the pole, saw will do it, its like ur doing a moonwalk lol. yeah it was interesting... will definitely try again... nish left sometime after (he has to go to work soon). becky left earlier as well with her ex?
then met lisa and jamie outside. then played a game of mario kart vs kristy, and i lost =( i shot her at the end, she got hit... but it happened that she had that whacking stick argh ahha but was fun. we played the rainbow course...
then went pot black (on the way saw that nagulan had parked his car, and was talking on the phone, haha recognised his voice and face pretty quickly, even lisa recognised), saw different groups of ppl there. first was the rossy ppl (nags, ben, and anthony and their friend). then becky and her ex? then annita, paul, kenny and kev. (only anthony's table playing american pool)
then went to get a bbt (me, john, kristy, jamie and lisa) at utopia. guess who was there... belz and scarlet, scarlet said that harry potter was hard to understand... i got a watermelon smoothie with chocolate sago again, yum. becky came again, but later left to go to work at easy way, which kristy didnt go and visit her... because yesterday becky visited her at icey ice, and in return kristy visited becky at easy way, but today kristy didnt work lol.
then went back to pot black, and anthony left to pick up his gf (we were wondering who it was), and annita's table finished pool, was WAITING for the photo hunt machine, this couple were hogging it lol. then saw nags play a game max tune with a 360hp car. then saw that anthony's gf was yueh lai i think. then all of us except kenny (apparently has a 6pm curfew lol) were playing photohunt, played 4 games because jamie inserted a dollar, then kristy (who said she had a lot of coins) didnt know jamie had already put in a dollar, and put one of her own. got pretty good... max was about 320000? high score tho was like 436000 >< died last round with the best score, we did hell good, but when i tried to press the hint (we still had all 3 hints left) but the screen failed ARGH.
oh well then walked to busport. first saw off lisa, annita and paul (northies) around alexander library. then on the way, saw mei (wilson's friend) then walked john and kev to the train station. then walked kristy to the CAT station. then me and jamie walked to busport and went home, talked about lots of stuff hahaha...
got home and paros wanted to go carousel... so went there and saw that there was a new chemist place across from caro, so went to check it out, it was pretty big. asked them if they were hiring 500 hours ppl, which they replied they had few students going to "finish" soon. asked for my resume which i didnt have with me, so probably hand it to them few days later.
then went to food court to eat pasta, from aroma cafe (nelson from willo working there), bought a large pasta for $9.50 (4 choices). then didnt spot mum so had to call her, turned out she was in front of me haha, and she also bought a pasta, but a small one ($8.50, 3 choices). dad had some chinese. umm think saw mei again (with bf?)
then went to boost juice with mum first (on the way noticed that the centre cafe was gone, and dome was going to be there? well i thought that the current coffee club used to be dome... so they are coming back?), which i didnt get cos i had too much icey ice and bbt today =P but yeah she used my discount card.
then dad came and we went to caro myer. looked at dvd players again. we wanted one with "karaoke function" (can plug a microphone in it). waited quite awhile for a staff member, and the asian one replied that none of the players hes seen has such a function (unlike our china player =P). he said the reason was that it was uncommon for white ppl to sing at home, unlike asians =P=P=P...
well then went to harvey norman. paros looked at players again. I think i messed around with some tablet pad (one computer had 2 of them plugged in)... so hard to use! then went to the PS3 and played some harry potter game for awhile (had some minigames like chess and patience on it =S). then left (didnt know paros was already in car haha, so called them).
then went to refuel the CRV, at the nicolson road shell station. lots of ppl fuelling there... so had to wait in a queue. so boring haha. saw that some guy was fuelling "bottles" (<--- is this illegal??? he could resell at another place, especially country areas for cheaper =S) the guy from the car in front of us also had problems opening the fuel tank and had to lever it out using his keys =S. and the woman in front of them just took ages =S

then went pot black (on the way saw that nagulan had parked his car, and was talking on the phone, haha recognised his voice and face pretty quickly, even lisa recognised), saw different groups of ppl there. first was the rossy ppl (nags, ben, and anthony and their friend). then becky and her ex? then annita, paul, kenny and kev. (only anthony's table playing american pool)
then went to get a bbt (me, john, kristy, jamie and lisa) at utopia. guess who was there... belz and scarlet, scarlet said that harry potter was hard to understand... i got a watermelon smoothie with chocolate sago again, yum. becky came again, but later left to go to work at easy way, which kristy didnt go and visit her... because yesterday becky visited her at icey ice, and in return kristy visited becky at easy way, but today kristy didnt work lol.
then went back to pot black, and anthony left to pick up his gf (we were wondering who it was), and annita's table finished pool, was WAITING for the photo hunt machine, this couple were hogging it lol. then saw nags play a game max tune with a 360hp car. then saw that anthony's gf was yueh lai i think. then all of us except kenny (apparently has a 6pm curfew lol) were playing photohunt, played 4 games because jamie inserted a dollar, then kristy (who said she had a lot of coins) didnt know jamie had already put in a dollar, and put one of her own. got pretty good... max was about 320000? high score tho was like 436000 >< died last round with the best score, we did hell good, but when i tried to press the hint (we still had all 3 hints left) but the screen failed ARGH.
oh well then walked to busport. first saw off lisa, annita and paul (northies) around alexander library. then on the way, saw mei (wilson's friend) then walked john and kev to the train station. then walked kristy to the CAT station. then me and jamie walked to busport and went home, talked about lots of stuff hahaha...
got home and paros wanted to go carousel... so went there and saw that there was a new chemist place across from caro, so went to check it out, it was pretty big. asked them if they were hiring 500 hours ppl, which they replied they had few students going to "finish" soon. asked for my resume which i didnt have with me, so probably hand it to them few days later.
then went to food court to eat pasta, from aroma cafe (nelson from willo working there), bought a large pasta for $9.50 (4 choices). then didnt spot mum so had to call her, turned out she was in front of me haha, and she also bought a pasta, but a small one ($8.50, 3 choices). dad had some chinese. umm think saw mei again (with bf?)
then went to boost juice with mum first (on the way noticed that the centre cafe was gone, and dome was going to be there? well i thought that the current coffee club used to be dome... so they are coming back?), which i didnt get cos i had too much icey ice and bbt today =P but yeah she used my discount card.
then dad came and we went to caro myer. looked at dvd players again. we wanted one with "karaoke function" (can plug a microphone in it). waited quite awhile for a staff member, and the asian one replied that none of the players hes seen has such a function (unlike our china player =P). he said the reason was that it was uncommon for white ppl to sing at home, unlike asians =P=P=P...
well then went to harvey norman. paros looked at players again. I think i messed around with some tablet pad (one computer had 2 of them plugged in)... so hard to use! then went to the PS3 and played some harry potter game for awhile (had some minigames like chess and patience on it =S). then left (didnt know paros was already in car haha, so called them).
then went to refuel the CRV, at the nicolson road shell station. lots of ppl fuelling there... so had to wait in a queue. so boring haha. saw that some guy was fuelling "bottles" (<--- is this illegal??? he could resell at another place, especially country areas for cheaper =S) the guy from the car in front of us also had problems opening the fuel tank and had to lever it out using his keys =S. and the woman in front of them just took ages =S
then went home......................... eating apple now

another day
well today woke up at about 10.30am. was probably awoken a few times before, by MSN sounds from my laptop (which I could hear from my room which is quite far away), or telephone calls. YES THAT'S THE MOST ANNOYINGEST PART ABOUT TODAY. STUPID TELEMARKETER PEOPLE. i must have got about 10 of those calls today. and yesterday (they are probably the most likely reason I get awoken in the holidays). I still remember last night Dad was trying to pretend not being able to speak English to one of those calls LOL. But yeah very annoying.
Chatted on MSN etc. and talked to people about results, which MOST people passed their exams... better luck for those getting supps. also set up this birthday alert thing at http://www.birthday-reminders.com/ . Then had a glass of milk and water...
Then went to the Post Office, well to Riverton to have lunch. On the car I told Mum of my results and I guess she was quite proud, and she mentions to me that my studies have rarely bothered them, unlike some other people like a family friend, or my so-called godmother over in Melbourne. Her son has troubles at school (getting bullied etc.), and he always wanted to do piloting, which his parents never let him (another stressful thing about their family is that his Dad is a cop, and the Mum is always nervous, and has RSL problems. I think the daughter is quite smart though.) and now after completing an electrical course or something, he can't get a job... which is quite troublesome for the family I guess...
my Mum also mentioned to be something funny (to me at least)... she asked me if I wanted to be a professional or work at McDonald's... LOL well yeah she said that as long as you try your best it was all good for them (they really can't do much about my studies, and never have really, well maybe they helped me when I was little but you know you can only do so much)... and I was passing so was still on the way to being a professional!!!
arrived at the post office and Yuemei (my high school friend) was working there (she works part-time, and also has another job in a pharmacy near where she lives in Bentley, and she does Occupational Therapy at Curtin). Yeah just bummed around for awhile, waiting for Mum to buy Dad lunch, and waited again until Dad finished his lunch
then me and Mum went to have lunch ourselves in the shopping centre (Soleil Cafe). Mum mentioned that Dad had "rushed" finishing eating lunch to get back to work, and she was right... he was damn hard working... anyway I had a Lamb Roast Dinner, and Mum had a Pasta Bake. Didn't know until now that it costed more to "dine in" ($9.95) compared to take-away prices (about $3 cheaper =S). I also ordered a Caribbean Cooler frappé, which would have costed $4.50, but for some reason... they didn't put it on the order sheet, and didn't charge us for it =D and my mum also mentioned that one of the tall ladies of the staff bumped into this old man several times, and didn't say "excuse me" or anything...
then went back to the post office, and Satoko (another of our staff) came (she had worked for us before, and had to go back to Japan, but now she's back after no job oppotunities there I think? then just waited for a short while, then went home... had an apple and drank water etc...
body still a tiny bit sore from sunday... but much better. currently listening and downloading and watching videos of R.E.M. (pretty old school and nice) and Jimmy Eat World and Interpol =D
then started organising pharm chem notes...
then watched news... some reports about a child predator who could possibly kill children, it was reported he has a white van, and masturbated in front of a 16 year old girl =S. also other reports about the tommy turtle child care centre court case, where the owners were only convicted of one assault charge, of tying children to bedsheets... the children's parents were upset... but more specific details were withheld from media... and another report about a man with HIV in danger of spreading it to others by unsafe sex...
drank some chinese soup, then dinner had pizza (from Pizza Hut. 2 pizzas: Perfecto Double Bacon Cheese Burger, and Perfecto Hot and Spicy (this one lived up to its name)). and also lectuce+tomato+carrots. also some chicken but we were full already, couldnt even finish the pizza (it was just me and dad eating as mum went to go singing)
