first pharmacy dimsum outing =S

went to meet up with pplz (lily chao keegan ben mish and alfred) at utopia at 11amish (saw lily and chao in front, waiting for traffic light to change, so i ran up to them and scared the shit out of em LOL). then went to nb chinese restaurant to have dimsum... mmm

saw anita and matt there awhile after... anita said one of matt's relatives had a baby or something. then ngoc anh came like 20 minutes late... yeah bill totaled about $11.50 each

then we went to utopia to drink bubble tea... got meself a watermelon smoothie with choc sago... met that minh nguyen 3rd year pharm guy who used to be in asia. took a group pic.

then went timezone and played a few games and took neoprints

then went art gallery... egyptian stuff from louvre... yeah some of it was interesting, cost $15 for us after all. and also heard this talk from this kiwi egyptologist about her experiences digging up stuff in the desert

then me and keegan went to pick up my mp3 player from members equity (mish went to withdraw $$$, ben went to get a sundae at maccas). so stingy it was like a ipod shuffle imitation (made in china of course). but yeah at least it was free, and 256mb (but didnt say on the front, only indicated with a little label behind the actual player itself). had 2 songs in it already: bsb - show me the meaning..., and aqua's barbie girl!!!

then went and caught 879... on the way to the busport, saw benny who said he was having interview. in the line saw mish and ben already there =S and saw yang yang also

then dinner... and usual stuff... but my cousin called and said her comp was fucked again for the same reasons =S

weekend = end of week? but not studies

sat 25/8/07:
went to sizzlers to eat cos it was aunty judys birthday, got pretty full lol

then hsian came and we went to choose a cake, simply divine was worth it (half price), but then went to cheesecake shop which looked better, black forest cake, except they have no hello kitty/pink decorations, but we added a piece of icing which said happy 19th bday angela (which she didnt eat =S). kim was working and asked me if i went to mambo... no lol. asia discount yessss

then went home slept for a bit =S

then amen picked me and tatz up and went to belz party... yeah theres no turning in from our side of vahland =S so always have to do a u turn to get there. she wasnt at home, but scarlet + a whole bunch of (lynwood?) uwa engineering guys were all in belz room LOL yeah then few more ppl came like arnina mel yuvina cheryl and willo guys too. then we had steamboat dinner with lots seafood. haha then it was pressie opening time, and the uwa guys set up this thing outside, a hanging smiley face thingy, and belz was blindfolded, given a spanner thingy from a car, then she was to whack that thing into pieces, but it was very unco lol she just hit all directions but she finally got it after... inside was lollies and a WHIP omfg LOL. then ppl played ps2/cards/wii...

then hsian and co came to pick me up and take me to my house, where angela's crew hung out, karaoke, mahjong etc. had cake and opened pressies also. some ppl turning red really fast, losers were ronychyi and dee LOL.

then some of us went to metros (only me anj tung rongchyi shuat nish dee and chau actually, and james just went ct to find his friends)... yeah had a good time, saw alison, jamie, mish and cathy and others lah (yang said it was his bday and he was gone lol), also saw eugene (um both of em). nish was gone LOL (see his uploaded youtube vid)

then yeah went home

woke up went to kam fook to eat.

then went home for a bit, went to watch die hard 4.0 with dad at 4pm, quite a good movie

then ate dinner at home, studied for a bit

mon 27/8/07:
went for driving 9.45-10.45ish, then to doctor's appointment to get my stitches removed (haha didnt hurt at all!) EXCEPT they stuffed up, i booked appointmt at 10.50, but apparently it "wasnt recorded", but the staff lady said it wouldnt have made a difference anyway, 6 ppl ahead of me, she said it would take 30min, but actually took about half an hour... yeah whether to take allopurinol for life is the question here

then went to post office, hung around for a bit, got this new folder from big w, then got a kebab + a lasagna filler fried thingy at soleil cafe, then went home, dinner etcccccccccccccccccc

then went to fix up my cousin amens computer (2 of her desktops were fucked, but one was a "NTLDR is missing" error, which i fixed using XP setup recovery (i tried copying xp to a flash disk but that didnt work :@), the other was fucked cos blue screen? but the graphics never came on so i didnt bother) but yeah she was so happy after i fixed it (she hadnt used computer for weeks apparently, and her laptop also has viruses but shes getting that fixed by school)... left house at 11.11pm

thurs 23/8/07:
boring cognosy lecs 8-10... actually finished early about 9ish, so went to look at wapsa ball official photos at that place near the gallery. they all looked lovely. apparently one of our group pics was screwed up "split" by the computer, and that only happens 1/1000 chance, and it has to happen with OUR photo too. anyway they said they were gonna fix that. and then went to eat a pie

cognosy lab 10-12... chatted to ppl in lab now and then, and yeah wolfgang was like "you facebooker" LOL. yeah and then he told some ppl how he wanted to get his gf a birthday present, $1500 bag? or a scarf

then for a change, we went to eat nandos... cos andrew suggested. went with him and ngocanh, then waited for wantat too. then got a family feast to share for us 4. ngocanh got some perinase sauce also. yeah andrews car had pioneer sound system which was decent ?

then studied in reserve for a bit with ngoc anh. then we went off to class, cology tute

we thought we had rima cos petra was away (cos petra told us), but instead we got richard "dick" langham. and then yeah we just discussed diff topics/drugs

then finished about 4oclock... and went home slept for a bit

then had family dinner at foo wah, cos wantats dad was going back to hk in a few days

fri 24/8/07:
today did chemo lab at 9... finished at about 11... so took a break, had to help hsian cancel her cake at wendys, so called my mum to do that, then lent photocopy card to wantat, then saw callum and had a snack (pie) with him, then saw tiffany, her parents worked at billy lee's or something, used to bum around with her bro =S... she didnt recognise me but yeah now she has an idea who i am lol

then had pharm chem tute... the class was very full... duno why =S not enough chairs definitely. alot of ppl rocked up late too

then had lunch break 1-2, got fish n chips, small salad, and drink.

then had 4 hours lecture in a rowwwwwwwww omfg so tiring and boring

then yeah pretty much went home for once on a friday night... dinner finished pizza and had congee and vegies and stuff

tues 21/8/07:
cology lecs with lisa tee in the morn, a lot to take in about the ANS

then break until 2, in which i went to study with ngoc anh for awhile at level 6

then 12ish went to eat at main cafe, curry rice + juice + small salad

then went driving lesson, omg so retarded cos my foot is fucked... or am i retarded anyway lol

then went 2-3 pharm lec with victor chuang, in which he didnt call out ppl's names at the first half of the lecture, but afterwards he felt that we were feeling bored, so he tried to remember some names from last week and called them, and said that there were 2 vanessas (kar had a bday that day, which shasha pointed out). then he also remembered cameron and callum (sitting in similar positions as last week i assume). erm and keegan didnt show up again

yeah then went to lounge area with alfred (he just missed his bus home, he didnt drive because he only had that pharm lecture that day which was late for finding parking), and saw colin, and john lee, we were doing surveys... to win prizes from curtin lol. and john was showing me stuff on youtube, like korean canon d breakdance remix, pretty funky. then alfred and colin left, then john went off too

then talked with narelle, emma and chinee (med science ppl) for a little while, and narelle said she wanted to switch to pharmacy, and that no1 wanted to do med science for the sake of it... but i did mention that it was very hard. and she said she quit yuki, and not dancing and cocktail... and rex was trying out for med, stuff like that yeah...

then i went home. studied some pharmaceutics, and pharm chem, and pharmacology

wed 22/8/07:
went uni at 8 for pharm tute, which began with 2 ppl having to do their talks from last week due to time running out last time (katrina and adam). yan chen gave me the assessing sheet

then just discussed some mcq questions about surfactants/emulgents

then had surface tension lab, which didnt take that long, we were assigned the calibration curve job, and the 1ml bulb pipette was the hardest to use. and we stuffed up by converting the value on the graph from sodium salicylate to salicylic acid. i found sameer's accent hard to understand

then went library, on the way saw colin and maria, chatted with them, and quinney joined in. then saw the first years (lisa kenny jamie kevin siong)... and waited/chatted outside library (bookmark area) for awhile, saw a lot of ppl walk past. yeah jamie wanted a snack, but they thought the line was long, and lisa/kenny went to do chem quiz at level 3.

while the rest of us waited for awhile, siong left, then joined by joyce, matt, audrey and saw dim for the first time in ages, wearing a tie today! for his speech.

then went up to level 3, and sat+chatted for longer. then finally all decided to go to the bus stop (except audrey).

chatted for longer, the bus finally came, and kenny went on the bus, but matt/jamie realised audrey wasnt there, it turned out that she was coming later, but the rest of us werent on the bus yet, but kenny already got on, and tried to tag off the back which didnt work, and as he tried to move to the front, the bus started moving! ahahah but yeah he eventually got out... and we got on the next bus basically

then we ate at crepe cafe (matt/jamie ate at sun sun noodle house). haha i just wanted them to use buy crepes so i could finished stamping my card (buy 9 get 1 free =S) nevertheless, joyce got pancakes, kev got waffles, and jamie got a sweet one as well. and i got a norwegian crepe. sat there for awhile, jamie was tired

then walked for a bit, to the wild shop, and turned out hsian and leanne and bf craig was in priceline, so met with them, i alone walked with them to look for cakes at miss mauds, then went to dome to get a drink, then kenny and kev joined us, (me got coffee twister cold drink, leanne got like lemon lime bitters, kenny got some gurana drink?), jamie/lisa went to look for dresses for jamie's uncle's wedding in a few weeks in malaysia. kenny kept mentioning his vomiting story after ball and his grounding and lying to parents about timetable etc. and he also said he had 2005-2007 ball videos from wapsa, given to him by ex-president james =S

didnt see nick/shaz working at coffee club far away. yeah then originally thought of watching a movie, but couldnt be stuffed. then every1 else basically went home. hsian/leanne/craig and i went to subway to get cookies. saw kenny/jamie/lisa still waiting outside caro cos it was pouring, so gave them my umbrella. then we basically walked around and around (originally leanne thought of getting a bag, but couldnt be stuffed going to EFTPOS (the eftpos in the shop was stuffed...), then walked outside)

then hesitated to walk in rain for a bit, even tho hsians car was close, then we eventually did, then dropped leanne/craig to their car near KFC! then went home.

then had pizza for dinner (hawaiian and meat supreme) oh dear.

then random stuff. but biggest thing happening was wolfgang adding me on facebook LOL =D

sat 18/8/07:
today paros dropped me off at the ct, then bummed around with lisa and lisa (chew and nguyen), at myer, looked at stuff in perfume section, nguyen bought some perfume gift for her cousin (they were both going to her cousin nam's party that night)

then went to eat (mr samurai was closed, so went to KFC), bought a dinner for two, plus large popcorn chicken, was served by a FOB lady (guess what her names was lol, yes lisa), i think she sounded korean, anyway her accent was really strong, and she was a trainee, and took ages to figure out what exactly was on the dinner for two pack (she kept looking at the menu on top of her). then it turned out that gravy ran out, and she offered to swap it to salad, haiz (but later on i saw this guy bring a whole stack of gravy out, and i swapped it back, technically not allowed to swap stuff u get back from customers? she just put it in back the fridge). also she didnt give me sauce for my popcorn chicken which i had to ask for later

then went around myer again, saw louisa working at the perfume section, chatter with her, she said she worked at pearl room recently (cathy jamie and her sister natasha also works there). also nguyen bought a card. and yeah looked at more stuff. chew also put some eyeliner on (nguyen didnt want to do it as she already had some on). haha also took pic of the "fake models"

then went to have a chiller drink at gloria jeans, the tim tam original one, tasted ok at first haha then became a bit bland =/

then went orbit and played a few games of photo hunt

then rushed to bus stop and made 5.37 bus (amy + eddy already at my house changing as she just finished work and had no other place to get changed). dee was on there, hadnt seen her since she came back to australia. so yeah chatted and stuff. then got home

then yeah got ready, wearing suit, waxed hair, put some zegna cologne on etc. (later pictures reveal that amy and eddy were romancing in my bathroom zzz)

then arrived at parmelia hilton for wapsa ball!!! good fun it was as photos will show, we sat at table 11. me, natasha (my long lost sister with the same last name ??? =S), yongling, kevin and his girlfriend vivien, kenny, amy and eddy. yeah met all different ppl including sulin, and lak my long lost kumon/chinese school buddy who i hadnt seen for nearly 10 years??? watched the ball video, oh man that was hilarious, had that james guy pretending to be fat and asking for prescription meds, had parody of shannon noll + ben cousins, and monty being jeff farmer, and videos they took when they talked into our class and showed ppl some pictures and asked ppl who certain ppl were (eg worsfold, mcpharlin, and lecturers and wapsa ppl). had seafood entree, chicken main course and some sweet ass dessert. took pics with wolfie, crowe, page, and sunderland. the lecturers actually sang a song, with page trumpeting to twinkle little star tune, then sang some variation of it. danced to music, took group photos too (including a huge ass 2nd year one, i think MOST OF US WERE IN THERE =D =D =D).

yeah all in all had a good time, with a conclusion with american pie song. then pretty much waited outside, kenny didnt look drunk at all but in fact he drank the remaining red wine on our table, and passed out in car? and vomited at home LOL. and eddy wanted to have supper somewhere, and amy wanted to have coke, but then amy had to go home or she would get into trouble, also took mish home. was thinking of going to metros but cbf (yongling and natasha went i think but only for short while). and nish didnt reply until 5am when he finished! (apparently his phone was dodge =S)

sun 19/8/07:
um yeah terrible, was a lump in my foot (previously it was just a hard spot of the skin), but since yesterday it got bigger, and started to hurt, and couldnt really sleep. so today went to doctor, and they said no appointment available until 4.10! plus being sunday there was $55 fee of which $43 could be claimed back they said.

so yeah then went to singapore hawkers place in collins road, and ate some pork rice and noodles and stuff. then went home for a bit. tried to rest but couldnt really

then went to doctors again. waiting outside, mr bean movie (the old one was on). then went inside, and doctor took scalpels and stuff out and cut my wound !!! shiiit hurt bad, bleeding, and he tried to squeeze it out, but yeah it hurt, i think he took out the lesion out first, then later to drain more out, he put local anaesthetic OUCH, then he started cutting and removing more, at this point couldnt feel much pain at least, and he even stitched it up (never had stitched before), i felt him poke needle and string thru my skin (this was my right heel), but yeah didnt feel pain. then he asked me if i had gout before, fuckkk (usual gout spot = right big toe joint), but this was just a lump on my heel, fuckkk. anyway he originally didnt know what it was, and now suspects to be a uric acid crystal. but yeah he told me to get a blood test, and have my stitches removed on next monday, and gave me a penicillin prescription. the removal of the lesion cost $40!!! (also he used sterilising pads and spirits, other washing stuff etc =S)

but yeah didnt feel good for rest of night, pain got back again as anesthetic wore off. went to metcalfe road to eat dinner, $9 special or something, on sunday, had salad bar (2 plates) fish and chips, and tiramisu dessert (actually worth ur money here - they have TAB and pub and other stuff there too).

mon 20/8/07:
yeah woke up 10ish this morn, went to doctors to get blood test, which took a short time, yeah the woman was saying my chinese name, and she walked off, "expecting" me to follow. at least she didnt have to poke 2 or more holes in my skin, unlike last time once when some noobie couldnt find my blood vessel.

then went uni, and bummed around lounge, then main cafe, 1st years were studying for hbio test (they only get one attempt, while last year we had 2!!!). got meself a large salad to eat and spring valley drink. (dee was asking me if i was at udub, but i said i'd go next week when i have break, plus i couldnt walk properly!!!)

then went 1-2 lecture, but guess what, anna tien showed up and said it was cancelled!!! benson was sick apparently (which is funny cos apparently i had this weird ass dream that benson or yanchen etc. had died =S)

yeah then bummed around lounge again till 2. then had lec with wolfie, then yan chen lec

(during this time we had discussed this joke:
3 ppl decided to rent a place to stay, the manager of that place decided to charge $30 (so $10 per person). but then the manager felt guilty, and decided to give them $5 back, which he did so by giving the bellboy the money to pass to them. but the bellboy thought it was difficult to split $5 into 3, so he kept $2 to himself, and gave $3 back to them (so $1 each). so technically now, they only paid $9 each for the room. 9 times 3 = 27, plus the $2 the bellboy kept, = $29... so wheres the missing dollar???)

yeah 4-5 break bummed around lounge AGAIN. showed ppl my pics of ball etc.

then had andrew mcwilliam for chemo lec, he skipped a lot, back to his oldschool style of notes haizzz. design john also crashed our lec again, he was looking up bakery places on the internet.

then went home...

then followed yummy tummy crew to eat. they were planning to go to this place nearby called mexican cantana (because dan tan had entertainment values voucher), but it was closed

just before this while waiting for every1, alfred called saying that their lab had been evacuated due to a fire or something? so yeah they waited at the lawn in front of pharm building/busstop. turned out it probably wasnt a fire, but they still saw firefighters =S

was planning to go at 11.30ish, but took until 11.50 cos liz was actually in lab as well.

so the mexican place was closed, so was thinking of going vicpark, happy meal? nah we eventually went to ten ten (10 of us went to 10 10 LOL)

i ordered beef brisket noodle (dry), cost $7.50. yeah we took some photos as well (amy chengz liz althea chirag ben sansan daniel mish and me) asked the woman but she replied "sorry i can't take photo" =S but she got another staff member to take for us (called him in canto lol)

then went baskin robbins for dessert, i got love potion #31 and chocolate mousse deluxe double waffle cone, cost $7ish =P the top cone (chocolate one) looked like it was about to fall off lol

then went back to uni for cology tute. arrived early so went computer lab (which was where our class was meant to be) keegan came in late, and petra was suggesting that he was having a long lunch, and called him by his chinese name khean (keane) lol

yeah took about 2 hr 10min.

then went home and slept

omfg woke up like 8ish? had a red left eye, lacrimal T.T plus runny nose keegan said it was hayfever, but yeah eventually recovered

ordered a meat supreme pizza from pizza hut... and had some vegie beef soup thingy

mon 13/8/07:
usual uni day, with kinetics tute at 10-11... then eat/study/eat (lunch = chicken burger) lecture...

then LAY DOWN ON GRASS NEXT TO PSYCHOLOGY, reminiscing about high school, yep!!!

haha sad, sun was good for awhile, but turned colder, and view wasnt the best due to construction works near pharm building. yeah fun once in awhile tho, with keegan chao lily mish armin ben alfred.

only other thing to note was that armin said he got 97.25 TER, and law at uwa cutoff was 97.5, and his preferences were med, dent, law, pharm in that order, hence getting the pharm preference, and he took it, THINKING that if he kept law as higher preference for 2nd round, he would NOT be guaranteed pharmacy again if he didnt get into law =S nevertheless he was surprised in a way, then concluded that in the end he sees that pharmacy would be better for him, law was too much reading ? =S but keegan remarked that he would be a type of debating person lol

then chemo lec then home.

tues 14/8/07:
cology lec then 4 hour break in which i ate, got max page's pharmacokinetics book, studied and got lunch (curry and rice only one today!)

then went pharm lec (john lee crashing with his laptop) with VICTOR CHUANG OMG WHAT CAN I SAY. he basically "studied" 2nd years list of names (preferred names it seems, altho most names he called out were not FOB ppl anyway)... he even said it himself rofl well at first he was "bragging" telling about where he had taught, like 6 years in japan and other places (he is from penang, malaysia). also just so happens that in our year, there is someone called victor, and someone else called chuang (nick), so he joked about that zzz he also shouted random names and asked those ppl to answer questions, including MINE, and many others, some weren't even there, and also ppl like carolyn, but then he remarked "ok then, is there a caroline?" and some ppl didnt know there was actually a caroline in our year lol (she was actually in the lecture at the time but didnt respond). oh well, at least no1 fell asleep! his problem tho was keeping ppl in past 3pm, we did have pharm chem lab!

then had pc lab with wolfgang, took me about 2 hours, (couldve been faster but fucked up phenol test, it was a dark yellow colour =S but was accepted as a blue/green/purple colour???) anyway i managed to fix that. but keegan and chao had many problems but eventually they found theirs. at the end keegan was stressing heaps, and then i was watching him ask wolfgang questions, then keegan asked if a certain compound was correct, which he replied no (actually jokingly, he winked at me) hahah so funny

wed 15/8/07:
today went to pharmaceutics tute. ppl like ngoc anh, james, amir, adam did their non assessed speech on suppositories. but yan chen was our tutor, and after about 15 minutes trying to setup the laptop to link with projector which failed, she finally switched rooms, then didnt even work in that room (even with keegan's help)! so the talk ppl had no visual aids. (keegan actually came late, like 10-15 late, not knowing there was actually a tute on LOL)

yeah then did pharm lab. interesting we were doing emulsions 1, but triturating to make primary emulsions was very tiring. our 2nd emulsion, using the dry gum method was really gay, and i did it twice (2nd time with help from a supervisor), and it failed, even jenny did it 3 times, with one time working, and only 2 or 3 ppl got it successfully anyway. reason could have been quality of acacia (because jenny said it was much easier method before, few years ago at least, but now advises us that if we get something like this in exam, we should choose wet method =S)

anyway after that went to meet kenny lisa jamie, then went to bookshop and handed in smartrider autoload form, plus got myself a marker for chemo, this one is a clicker one! so i thought i must get it lol, cost $3.25.

then went to vege patch for the first time in ages! got meself a medium salad and ham/cheese sausage roll (actually apparently more worth it to get salad at main cafe, because u can "choose" the vegies ur self, and hence fill the container up more fillingly, more worth it?) then sold siong my calc book

then went to city, and met karaoke ppl (cheech carrie yeeyang anpo cham and caroline and yeeyangs friends) and lisa and jamie sat and watched for awhile, then went girl shoppings. um yeah (yee yang esp.) and carrie etc. all SCREAMED not sang =S esp it's my life =S and they said they could hear us from outside the room !!!

anyway we went overtime by like half an hour, so cost $3 more. (instead of just special $9)

then went timezone, and played percussion master with yy, she beat me booo, then played ddr with cham, then went home, on the way saw angela and tung, um yeah then ppl asked me "the question" lol. but yeah me carrie yy and anpo walked to wellington, and they were lazy so decided to wait for a bus to busport, which was not at right timing so we ended up walking to busport anyway

then carrie and yy caught 879, while i caught 883. anpo's 878 was actually at 45 past so she waited about 45 min =(

sick, sick, sick

sat 11/8/07:
oh man i am sick, i woke like 12ish. feeling coughs, and runny nose, and sore throat, and blocked ears. and very tired in general slept 4-5ish. so yeah stayed home and rested that day nothing much arghhh. didnt feel sick enough to go to doctors either. had pizza at home, usual bacon cheeseburger pizza and another chicken pizza which costed extra. barely studied.

sun 12/8/07:
woke 10ish, had driving lesson about 11ish till 12ish, slowly improving once again.

then 1ish went to kam fook to have lunch with kai, tatz, dad, por, anita and eric. had duck and bbq pork rice and ho fun etc.

then afterwards the big bro's were fixing up tatz roof, so me and tatz watched a canto movie "super fans" quite boring zzz lame humor comedy etc.

then went home and didnt do much, barely studied again.

thurs 9/8/07:
went to cognosy lecs at 8-10AM (wolfgang), um was soooo boring it was about extraction and separation techniques argh.

then went to cognosy lab with wolfgang again, all we had to do was look at parts of different plants, yeah most ppl didnt bother, i just sniffed some SVM, but the main point was to choose our herbal assignment topics, me and canada kevin got GINGER as a topic, hopefully easy to do.

then went to eat pasta special at main cafe, then sat and chatted with whoever, had driving lesson 12.20ish, drove to welshpool, then came back.

then went to pharm building to give amy my lab coat cos she forgot hers.

then sat around main cafe with tung angela yenrong etc., saw stella and wantat also, and james was there. um then went to CBS building, to send the commerce ppl to class, saw hsian and bummed around photocopying area etc.

then me tung and yr went to lounge, and saw lisa jamie and kenny there, so i stayed with them, and tung and yr went to engineering building to leech movies cos apparently a guy uploads a movie everyday to share, simpsons movie this time =S

then gerard was also here, talked about his business plans, and that he needed ppl to go to his rydges hotel seminar at 7.30pm that nite. and yeah then matt came, and the first years went home except kenny, so me and gerard sent them to bus stop

then went back lounge? and amy finished class waiting for eddy, saw nelson with his longer hair also! then talked about stuff, um gerard talked some gossip also. and amy then tried to help nelson with assignment work. saw tom also and then tung and yr and caroline and angela and hsian also appeared at lounge, then decided where to go but couldnt decide. but the commerce ppl had to go lecture at 5.30pm again, so i crashed theirs.

during lec we were discussing restaurants to go to, writing on a sheet, but a lot of offers rejected lol. yr and car wanted to go nb. then shit nearly forgot my lab coat (realised near end of lecture )so ran back to lounge, and luckily it was there. also went to pharm building to use up print credit by printing chemo shit, hard to get to cos in front of building a lot of construction work going on ><

yeah then went taurus eventually, i went in hsians car, tung went with angela, and car drove yr so yeah i ate combination fried mee with chilli, too hot to handle for me lol, so got a root beer, took ages to finish. also keegan went there with whole family, haha could see his bros outside, james really looked more like him at that point.

then went my house and they played mahjong, and i had to organise for friends to go charity dinner argh. lol stupid warren didnt make a decision until tmr morning, originally he said dept on ppl like nish going, then he said about transport. but nish and carrie going already even benny and tony sua as well! but he hesitated cos he said his dad was leaving and he wanted to make sure nothing involved him tmr night =S hell last minute. but yeah then angela and tung left earlier, so the rest of us 4 played some mahjong... um then had a serious chat with yr and car, hsian left halfway because it was getting emo? lol

fri 10/8/07:
well this day i went to chemo lab at 9-12, finished just b4 11, a bit like micro, except we bring own lab coats cos we were now in the pharm building, and omg so much easier to access all the dyes and sinks etc cos right in front of us! also on our bench was a new indian guy called yusuf, he studied at texas uni or something, yeah seemed annoying at first but he turned out pretty cool.

then 11 we went main cafe to eat lunch, fish n chips special. then we went reserve area to start cognosy assignment, i went level 6 to search for books and yusuf was there too. saw kenny and siong, wanted to sell siong maths book. jamie and lisa wagged today, only having one lec or something

then went lecture at 2, kinetics lecs so boring with max page argh. then finished half an hour early, wanted to buy wapsa ball ticket but muzza said he didnt have any and should buy next tues, and bring $$$ on monday in case =S

then paul murray had ionisation lecture. ngoc anh left early to prepare for dinner. then had test review, and keegan and ben left to go earlier also. test review was funny, paul murray said "bullshit", not the first time of course, then at some stage wolfgang also said "fuck" i'm pretty sure. haha he gave extra marks i think (lenient marking) cos some things were confusing =S yeah just before the test review the marks were up on the noticeboard so i went to check that i got 50.1 =S but that was actually out of 65, so i got 77%! so my overall grade 82% atm lol

yeah then went home to get changed, picked up wantat and belz at tatz house, then went to pick up althea.

yeah then had some fun at dinner, also it was quite slow. there was magic performance, auctions, fashion show, pole dancing etc. had 3 course meal, but we didnt bother getting any alcohol. on our table was me david althea lily carrie chao nish tony sua benny and warren. ngoc anh sat with bens table. keegan also occasionally joined. lots of ppl turned up tho, like 200+ ppl! maybe it will happen next year (nooo wolfgang didnt go =( )

yeah then pretty much went home, taking carrie home instead of belz. then got tired and slept

then pharm lab we did emulsions 2, rofl broke 2 beakers, 1 was because i stirred with a glass rod, and poked a hole in beaker =S 2nd one was accidentally slipped while cleaning, and han replied "you broke it so you didn't have to clean it!" semi-true? lol

then went to have lunch at main cafe, bought roast roll with gravy and spring valley juice... haha omg then andre gave me 5 caps woot. yeah just chatted and stuff

then went to watson for YAN CHEN'S PHARM TEST REVIEWS. not much help cos we werent allowed to write ANY notes, she just showed mainly the questions which less than 80% of people got right, for both lab and theory tests last semester. argh i did below average for both, sighs. some people got bored and left hell early, others left later on because at 2 oclock had a class! the only other thing to note was that the phone rang (lecture phone!), and at the same time althea was happening to be leaving, and every1 (well at least yan chen) thought it was althea's phone! until we told her, then she picked up and answered, and it turned out to be some1 wanting to "book the room", and in her chinese accent she replied "sorry i can not help you" rofl and guess what about 10 seconds later the phone rang AGAIN! hahaha this time tho, her response was to pick it up, and leave the receive lying on the table!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA the only good thing about yan chen? =S and then every1 gave her a applause =D

then went to library, hung round level 3 for a bit with design john, lisa and matt. matt found his dentistry book with pictures of ppl's teeth and gums, some were disgusting and matt took photos of baby ones on his phone! (i followed lol) then lisa and matt left. and we were watching vids on john's computer, eg brunei vids (eric tsang in brunei), more on that cyril takayama guy, alison's yaolin kung fu club videos and lion dance (and even dancing thru the maylands maccas drive thru!) etc etc. then later lisa didnt come back so we went to lounge

at lounge quinney yang and leigh was there, just chatted/watched videos and stuff again. then ayme came to lounge and talked to her for a bit, about studies, asia, going to gym, etc. didnt know she went to rossy and her younger bro goes to willo currently! she was "doing" up her chemo writeup apparently, but i think i distracted her lol. and shes going wapsa ball. and then amy came too, and ayme left. amy was just finished lab, emulsions 2 and stole a jar omfg lol the cream with rose oil, i agree that smelt nice tho lol, and eddy came too, then they left

then went back with lounge crew and watched more videos, iraq drifting? and yang was watching family guy. then lisa jamie and kenny came, and us 98 bus ppl went to bus stop and went home (saw siong)

yeah then had chicken wings, rice, fish and vegie soup with pork balls for dinner. wow superly convinced more ppl to go to the dinner. and had an apple. and pre-read tmr's cognosy stuff

monday 6/8/07:
went uni... earlier than expected cos had 10-11AM pharmacokinetics tutorial that was changed from tuesday 12-1PM (due to lisa tee making errors on timetabling, argh no more sleeping in on monday morning)!!! anyway max page lead the tutorial, and since this new tute was a combination of 2 classes i think, there was NOT enough space for people definitely, and max even told someone coming in "find a nice piece of floor to sit on" zzz anyway the tute was what he summarised at the end of his 2nd lecture, how to use log paper and do calculations, and he gave us a tute sheet with calcs but he never went thru it properly, altho it looks straightforward

after tute joined lisa jamie kenny and kev to eat "brunch" at bookmark, while the others went to study. then lisa had to go to work, and kenny wanted to crash UWA, so we sent them to bus stop. oh it was cold... but gave jamie my jacket altho no1 would feel much warmer in it, yeah then saw ppl like matt, and zach, and then i went to pharmacy building to print stuff

yeah saw amy and john hang on the way, and they just came and were going to subway karawarra to eat lunch. and yeah yingying, pakyew and rosalyn was there in comp room, and i printed future notes, to use up my print credit, ended up about $2.50 left, during the middle, the printer stopped, and it turned out to be out of paper. then sum1 came and it continued printing, but sum first year person didnt know, and printed like 3 extra copies! and yan chen the noob put up her lecture in ppt format. keegan chao lily alfred ngoc anh etc. also came in to print. then saw john metros fairy, who said i should join his fairy club, with his friend being 151 fairy, i should be tequila fairy? =S

yeah then went lectures... boring benson just adds slides that she didnt even put on! and wolfgang finishes his lectures early, likes to joke around hehe, and yan chen arghhhhh

4-5 1 hour break, talked in lounge, bough and ate stuff, talked more (convincing ppl to go wapsa ball?), then went lecture and went home

ate rice potato lettuce tomato lamb chops prawns and stuff, pre-read pharm chem lab

and bought 2 linkin park tickets (me and david) at GA2 registered mail, $213.35!!!

tuesday 7/8/07:
8-10 lecture, so much to learn! then 10-1 pharm chem lab... new guy pushkaraj joined our class

lunch went to eat at main cafe, $3.50 special 2 curry and rice again! and tried to convince more ppl to go wapsa/asia

then went 2-3 lecture (omg thought benson only put 6 slides but added another 6 more prolly =S not in our notes), and went with wan tat to uwa to see if any1 was there

wantat bumped into his law friend, and some other chick friend, then saw kiwi... then jon and esta, yeah no1 really apparently tues afternoon quietest zzz... called ppl and they werent there oh well, nevertheless went to tav and bought a jug of extra dry, and belz came, and we played pool then went home by bus

at busport saw cheryl and charli, wan tat comparing his book to cheryls law book lol

then went home so tired and slept

then didnt even eat dinner lol and yeah chatted, super convincing ppl to go wapsa/asia and afters at cas/ruby room? and fast eddys LOL and talked guitars with tony/dee/warren and music in general etc

also pre-read pharmaceutics lab, ate apple in the process

oh yeah also got email that i won an "mp3 player" from members equity bank for finding my photo that they took at outside subiaco oval! well mp3 player could be anything of course, 100mb? LOL

saturday 4/8/07:
today woke up late, and went out to eat at bull creek hawkers. got like roast pork meat rice.

then went to woolies with mum to get food and snacks and drinks etc. saw danny stocking shelves. bought this briefcase folder thingy, but on the car i opened it and the clip broke immediately so went back to exchange, and the woman asked me to go get another one and pay for it again =.= danny said to make a complaint about him.

then went to curtin pharmacy building to check noticeboard/sort out WHY MY PHARM CHEM 202 IS NOT ENROLLED but it was closed zzz (also saw a limo getting fuel at shell). then went to vic park office works, and bought a pencil case and lecture pad, while dad was looking for photo papers. saw jayde working there, who said she was quitting in 2 weeks.

then stayed home mainly... and printed uni stuff.

then at night 8ish went to that koto cheap ass chinese place in vic park (across the street from makan^2, next to chi). got a chicken katsu curry rice. and 2 cops were eating behind us

then went home and tony came. david came. sat and chatted for a bit omfg then mish and serene came and sang some of my mums old school karaoke english songs lol. but nevertheless they had to leave around 12ish cos to wake up at 6oclock to sell herbs at CV market =S, altho they tried to convince warren to come (also went to pick up dee at her house but apparently she got pissed and cbb?), erm then gerard came. then ate some of my snacks (omg my red rock and timtams was already gone from serene and mish) then tony left. (he got his tongue pierced today so he didnt each much but he loved the ice cream). THEN 5-10 MIN LATER WARREN AND HSIAN ARRIVES WHEN AFTER THEY LEFT. THEN EVEN NISH APPEARED LOL. yeah then they chatted to angela and others on my account zzz. and watch some ghost video crap, then gerard left. then we parodied the captain planet song LOL. didnt end up playing poker yer. but then hsian warren and nish left at like 4ish.

sunday 5/8/07:
woke up late, 12ish. watched footy derby 26, eagles lost 20something points disappointing? bui doesnt have to wear eagles jumper lol. during the show, hsian asked me if she and her friends could come over for karaoke, and i let em, and she brought her old school (90s 2000s pop discs similar to those used at utopia/hits). then we (me hsian carrie yeeyang and fel) were screaming like mad and on voice clips to ppl on msn as well!

then went for dinner, originally decided to go to dumpling king in langford, but fel drove us (honda accord euro) there and found it was closed, so went to makan^2 (she said i had good direction sense lol, but im just used to going out heaps, esp with paros i guess). i went to look for a bankwest, and saw geophysics chao! he recognised me from behind, and he said he also went to wankbest atm before! and he showed me where it was (i had no cash ay and i wouldnt have seen it cos the light for it didnt work). then i got a roti pizza and mee goreng and teh tarik cold (last time i got hot). erm then when paying, they wouldnt allow separate billing, gay cunts, so i gained some profit i think haha oh well

then they drove me home, i was first. then ate apple+watermelon when i got home. and asked ppl to go pharm ball lol =P

Thursday 2/8/07:
got up about 7 to catch bus for 8am pharmacognosy lectures with wolfgang (2 hours, 8-10am). umm yeah all i can say was it was quite boring, learning about shapes and arrangements of leaves wtf lol!!! keegan and amy were nowhere to be seen haha, i guess wagging those lectures was a smart thing to do though i must say.

then went to lounge with john hang and ngoc anh, and studied there a bit, then lisa and jamie and matt and kev came as well, and lisa and jamie were even to learn some of our pharm chem notes lol funny.

then went to main cafe at about 11ish to eat lunch (1st years had lecture at 12), and studied and chatted a bit more there. then came stella, who i hadnt seen before i real life (met online thru friend david), but yeah she had blonde streaks of dyed hair, sorta diff to her pics online? but nevertheless she found us, and talked for a few minutes, then 1st years went off to lecture, and she went to admin to sort out some stuff. then i bought food (pasta special) and usual spring valley drinks (those caps will sell heaps i tell u), and wan tat joined us... then yeah we discussed about family stuff, about our other uncles and their children, about how much pressure they were getting from their parents about education etc., which made me and tatz feel lucky and grateful in a way...

then went wolfgangs office to ask him about the test, and (we suspected he might be in there with his girlfriend lol) he was eating lunch (he was holding chopsticks i think? and he said come back in 5 minutes, and ngoc anh said 7 minutes lol). so she went to toilet, and me and tatz were outside the corridor with the pharmacy staff photos and gave shit about every1. then wolfgang helped us a bit by telling us some hints.

yeah then went home to study and study and study, and nite dad bought me some oyako don rice from caro japanese shop. didnt go msu varga lounge event for obvious reasons haha

also got booted out of pharm prac 122 lol. probably because i spammed crap on it, and wrote this quote replying to john hang's message (i saw this written on my pharm chem notes haha).

Friday 3/8/07:
hmm slept at 2am studying reading thru lectures over and over and over and over again, cos i seriously didnt know what i had to study for the pharm chem test, wolfgang not being very specific, nevertheless he did give some hints, as in 60% wolfgang's lectures and 40% paul murray's.

woke up at about 8.30... studied sumore then went to bus stop at about 1.37, my watch said i was on time at least, but waited 10 minutes at least and the bus didnt come (i guess it came early then??? =S)...

then 1.52 bus came, and amy and moochie was there, amy was studying pharm chem, but she wasnt planning to go to the pharmacology lecture like me. then i rushed to the lecture room, and funnily enough around the corner, i saw max page walking out of the lecture room? wtf? so i went in and sat, and he took like another 5-10 minutes before he came back with his usb and loaded his lecture slide.

halfway there was a break and i went outside to get red rock deli chips, dijon mustard flavour. only other thing to note was min walking in part way thru the 2nd half, and max page was "trying to be funny" and asked her if she was from another course, "physiotherapy? engineering?".

then after lecture finished, studied a bit yet again. cos the lec finished just before 4pm, and the test was at 4.30pm. then wolfgang came earlier, and was telling ppl last names starting with ABCD to go to the physiology lab to do the test, and for the rest of us to separate and be quiet. and he also told us we could use a non-programmable calculator (he didnt tell us before), and that he didnt think we would need one (which was true). then some ppl like john nguyen and nam came late, and sate on either side of me. the test was easier than i expected luckily, apparently much easier than last year's one, which was quite specific and lots of ppl failed that one. amir also said his pharmacokinetics tute was changed from tues 12-1 to mon 10-11, at least theres no clash at that time.

then when finished test, went to lounge with john hang and ngoc anh, quinney, justine and gerard were chatting, and saw wan tat and jamie, matt and kenny, chatted a bit, and kenny hacked the coke machine... and i also did (first time it fucked up when i got a coke, but refunded all my money, when i tried the coke again it said sold out, even the other column's coke said sold out, altho both columns had 1 bottle left =S), so hacked a fanta, using $2.20 of tatz and 20c of mine.

then me tatz and ngoc anh went to city, she drove and found that she had a glowing dashboard! and said she drove as slow as a granny, cos she crashed once before (not really her fault) but yeah. passed by calvin and tiny on the way lol. parked at CPP. met justin and shuda (accidently said his name was chris oops) and then went timezone and played max tune 3, with them, fun, different mode of versus lol. also saw matt (who said he wasnt coming to city but ended up coming anyway cos his bro ali going for dinner), ali and james. ken was working but ngoc anh didnt talk to him because she said he "ignored" her on msn.

yeah then went tea cafe to eat dinner (me and tatz only, ngoc anh didnt feel hungry and left went to timezone and went home), got a yin yang fried rice and yin yang cold drink, cost $11 and $3.50

then went home by bus (on the way to busport saw woodley, and later yumiko and her friend), talked with tatz about lots of stuff, uni, psychological thinking, religion, relationships, and why he wouldnt be a social worker etc.

then chillaxed a bit, ate apple and watermelon, tried to organise something for the weekend, clubbing? cas? poker/mahjong/pizza/alcohol nite at my house likely!

nish asked me to go linkin park concert as well, but its on october 18th, i checked, 3 tests the next week =S and it costs $102 to buy pre-sale tickets online, otherwise $110 in a few days argh

also tried to get ppl to go asia charity dinner, but few probs, either location, cost or ppls going chinese society quiz night =S

uni days prevail

tues 31/7/07:
today had 8am-10am pharmacology lectures with lisa tee (got on bus and saw wan tat, erm and saw that lady who told me off before about my music being too loud, except this time she just tells someone else off), just remembered that she tried to be funny but wasn't really successful, and that her husband was a "house husband".

then 10-2 break studied in study room with keegan, chao, mish and ngoc anh, heavily distracted hahaha. about 12ish had lunch, got 2 curry and rice $3.50 specials, yummmm

then pharmaceutics lec with benson at 2-3... fell asleep, with misha nd ngoc anh next to me also fell asleep, sigh

then hanged round lounge a bit, saw queena and theresa and gerard and john, gerard was talking about some business thingy...

yeah then went home and napped so tired

wed 1/8/07:
only had pharmaceutics lab today, suppositories 2. took at least up to 12 noon. then went to main cafe, and got a pasta (sweet potato and normal ravioli) not special tho (that was roast roll and gravy, i dont really like it, quite dry)...

then went around guild area to scab free stuff... um yeah heaps of msu ppl running around promoting their varga lounge event on thursday, but i got test on friday so better not go. joined the viet club lol my new viet last name is TRAN rofl. asia stall and other ppl tried to get orange stress ball into my 3 bag around my neck haha every1 is unco =P got a free redbull with kenny and william, and they even took a photo of us promoting their product lol.

yeah then went home and napped so tired
